My name is Shola. I am from Northern BC in Canada. Having suffered with extreme debilitating knee pain since I was 31, it was very challenging to manage. At age 34 I was diagnosed with early onset osteoarthritis and told I would not be able to receive any surgical treatment for at least 20 years. 😳😫 Everything changed when I found stem cells. The criteria that people must meet to be allowed to donate their umbilical cord blood for the stem cell harvesting is at a standard so high that I feel safe and secure knowing that I am getting only the highest quality of stem cells from Zignagenix. These are just some of the reasons why I trust Zignagenix literally with my life and because of this I will continue to enjoy the deep healing benefits of their stem cell therapy for many years. I experienced 75% relief from pain and inflammation within 4 days of my last stem cell treatment vs the same relief in one month from the previous company that I had received it from. I was immediately able to stop taking all anti inflammatories and over the course of the next year I just felt better and better and carried that into the next 3 years with virtually no pain. Diagnosed with Stage IV prostate cancer with bone metastases in April 2024. I was not interested in traditional treatments such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or chemotherapy. Over the next year and a half, I added Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Vitamin B17, Artemisinin, turmeric, and several others. My bloodwork has shown concerning trends: continually rising PSA levels, a declining red blood cell count, and a low Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC). I came across research by Dr. Soon-Shiong highlighting that a prolonged ALC below 1000 can shorten lifespan. Reviewing my own results, mine had been under 1000 for several months. Initially, I was uneasy about traveling to Tijuana or staying overnight there, but by Friday, we decided to stay there because it was simply more convenient. We stayed at Hotel Real del Río, which was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was far from typical—street tacos, beef roast, pork roast, roasted chicken, birria, ceviche, fresh juices, eggs, omelets, and much more. Mauricio, our shuttle driver, made a remarkable impression from day one. He wasn’t just a driver—he was an ambassador for ZignaGenix. Each morning, he greeted us with a genuine smile, enthusiasm, and positivity that set the tone for the day. His knowledge of the area, from San Diego to Tijuana, and his insights into local culture, geography, food, and bilingualism were incredible. Mauricio went above and beyond his role, making us feel safe, informed, and welcomed at every step. His kindness and professionalism transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with comfort, trust, and laughter. ZignaGenix is fortunate to have him representing their values and patient care. As for the clinic—it exceeded all expectations. I had the best week ever, and I credit that to the incredible ZignaGenix Tijuana team: • Andrea, the phlebotomist, was so skilled that patients were praising her for leaving no bruises or marks whatsoever. • Mariana managed our breakfasts, lunches, and snacks like a pro. Her omelets, energy bars, beet juice, and coffee were a daily highlight. • The chef who prepared and delivered our hot meals every morning deserves recognition too—the food was excellent. • Anna Karen, the clinical director, went above and beyond to schedule MRI imaging for me at another hospital, even though I waited until the end of the week to request it. • Ruben, another shuttle driver, transported me to that hospital and was as professional, kind, and supportive as anyone could ask for. • Dr. Oscar Ochoa called me personally before the procedure to answer my questions and invite further discussion. During treatment, his bedside manner was beyond compare—genuine, compassionate, and calming. In a moment of gratitude, I told him I loved him. Without hesitation, he smiled and said he loved me too. It was a simple but unforgettable gesture of humanity. • CEO Carlos Ituarte was an unexpected delight—dynamic, humorous, engaging, and genuinely connected with every patient he met. Every single person at ZignaGenix went above and beyond to accommodate the patients’ needs. Their philosophy seems to be summed up in one word: “Yes.” I began the week anxious about being in Tijuana and ended it impressed, grateful, and eager to return – both to ZignaGenix and the Hotel Real del Río. (I’m still thinking about that breakfast buffet!). Next time, I’ll make sure to take advantage of their massages, too. As for the treatments themselves, everything went smoothly. I experienced mild evening inflammation, but it was unclear whether that was due to diet, activity, or the therapy itself. Otherwise, I had no complications. I plan to have my blood work rechecked in about a month, which will determine my next steps. I'll update this review.

The service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Everyone was so professional, friendly and attentive. Everything went smoothly and exceeded expectations. Thank you Manie for outstanding service, I would highly recommend!

You can't go wrong you're getting your treatment here. Everything is top drawer. The shuttle service from San Diego made things super easy and we got there we were greeted by friendly staff with all kinds of food and you could make your custom food order for breakfast or lunch. The doctors were very attentive and highly professional.

From airport arrival to departure, care was taken to help navigate us from place to place including friendly contacts by text and phone. The Clinic is so beautiful with staff who greet you at the door. The Doctor answered all questions and explained the process all along. He and the staff worked well together. It's too early to report results, but I'm optimistic they will be beneficial. I was in a pedestrian vs car accident 8 months ago still recovering from left arm and hip fractures. Be advised: plan to take time to recover gently. They will tell you more.

I give them 5 stars. I went on August 3 to have stem cells done. Being a single woman, I was extremely scared. I had spoken with Ana who took all my medical information, etc. I had so many concerns about crossing the border and it being safe. Their driver had picked me up San Diego airport and I spent first night in San Diego. The next morning, the driver pick me up at the hotel And we went to Tijuana Mexico. Crossing over was nothing wasn’t asked for ID. Nothing we just drove through. After I had received treatment, the driver had taken me back to the San Diego airport. The driver informed us he had a medical pass that they had paid for and so much per person going thru customs.. All we did was show our passport or ID to the border patrol said thank you and that was it. We did stand in line to leave about 10 minutes. We were not searched. We were not hassled in anyway. I felt more safe than being in my hometown. I hope this helps someone that has the fear of going over there. My whole trip, hotel stay back-and-forth to have Stem Cell, Everything was extremely safe.
