I use Zhou DIM product for my out of control hot flashes. I was a mess before this product and after my insurance didn't approve a prescription for them, I turned to a supplement on Amazon which had good reviews. I ended up buying DIM on a whim and cannot tell you how much my life as changed! Within a few weeks I noticed less hot flashes (which included a super sweaty face, feeling like flames were coming off my body, and night sweats) and within 30 days, I'm almost not having them at all, sleeping better and just more comfortable overall. I cannot believe what a difference this product has made for me. Everyone in my office would tease me that I was always hot but now I'm just like them with body temp. Thanks ZHOU!!
