quality of products - what do I know I am not a chemist - but this last order - they use the post office and my product was an hour away at one point. Then it was three hours away in the other direction in another state - and it was there for two days - and now it is back an hour away - I suggested to the service rep that they start using FedEx or UPS - the post office can't be trusted - and the product - if I am affected by heat and cold certainly the quality of the ingredients of the product I ordered is also affected - time spent in truck - was it sitting in truck over weekend - was it taken inside was it then put back outside - how many times was it cold and how many times was it room temp and what effect does these variations have on product - so while I don't hold Zhou totally responsible they are the ones who are choosing to use post office which - in all honesty so does the wonderful caring VA with sensitive meds - and the same thing happens - but common sense would tell me that supplements and meds and health products should be taken care of a little bit better than freezing temps -- right now I don't know where my product is besides the USPS thing saying it is an hour away - for about a day now - and if you are the sender you can call in and find out what is going on and Zhou has not done that on my behalf and there is no one I can call because I am not the sender - so I am disappointed and in the future some of the other places that sell the same supplements and use FedEx or UPS will be my first choice - I guess if you feel like your product you order will not be affected by cold and heat - and you can get a discount - then Zhou is for you - but otherwise I am going to have to pass on doing any more business with them.

Doesn't work as well as I hoped. Still tired, still cant concentrate or retain information.

Ordered product 2 weeks ago. They sent an incomplete order out with a hand written scribble saying remaining item will be in a separate order. That order never came. One of the boxes was smashed. A 3 day process turned into a 2 week ordeal of back and forth with customer service. Very impersonal and rushed communication. This was my first time ordering anything from them. Will try actual product and hopefully it will live up to the branding.

Once again I ordered you product and was short shipped! Why is it you can never send a complete order? It stated it would be shipped separately but was billed the full amount. It was crossed off by hand! Where is the tracking info?

I personally didn't like the taste or the texture of the Vitamin C Gummies. I thought they were to tangy and tart. I also think they would be better without the coating on them. If they fixed those two things, I think they would have a wonderful product.

Ordered 2 items and only ship one item the second is on back order, try to contact Zhou 3 times, finally have the answer but still waiting for the order.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive, the last update on my order was arriving in the UK and that was on the 10th December and I haven’t heard anything since, I’m getting quite worried that it won’t arrive at all. I’ve emailed the customer service team and I’m still waiting on a response from them as well. Hopefully this issue can be resolved...

The products seem good but they shorted me 2 items from my order. There was a hand written note on the packing slip indicating that 2 items would be shipped separately. Unfortunately, there is no other UPS tracking number and my account marks these items as "shipped." This is an additional burden for me to get this corrected as it's been over a week since the delivery without any communication from Zhou Nutrition.
