So far I haven't experienced any bad.

customer service was very professional and the product was everything I expected.

Ordered product 2 weeks ago. They sent an incomplete order out with a hand written scribble saying remaining item will be in a separate order. That order never came. One of the boxes was smashed. A 3 day process turned into a 2 week ordeal of back and forth with customer service. Very impersonal and rushed communication. This was my first time ordering anything from them. Will try actual product and hopefully it will live up to the branding.

It tastes kind of like plants. I recommend putting it in a recipe instead of a drink. Other than that, it’s great!

Amazing products and formulas as well as super Customer Service! I take 90% of the Zhou line and have never felt better. Hooked for life!

I like the no hassle of not having to place an order each month for products I can manage my orders by updating the number of products or decreasing them, or I can hold my order until I am ready for another shipment.

I have been using Zhou for a year now and recently added their collagen peptides to my daily routine and LOVE them. They dissolve really well into my morning coffee. I noticed improvement in my knee ache after only 4-5 days of taking it, and have already recommended it to two other individuals.

Service is excellent. Product is good, but I wish they would switch back to the capsule form. They were much easier to swallow. I assume this form is cheaper to make.
