I have placed quite a few orders with Zhou and have always been extremely pleased with their customer service. The one time I tried a product that didn't work for me, they immediately refunded me my money without me even asking. Too bad more companies don't have this attitude!!

I live in the UK and contacted ZHOU prior to ordering to see if I would be charged import, they told me no but I received a bill for £13 from customs I contacted them and no response so left a review on here and they contacted me straight away to resolve.... so even though they didn’t respond straight away I am happy to recommend 🙂 So now I AM HAPPY despite the title
