I have been suffering form weight gain since I had my thyroids removed and this is the only thing that has work with helping me loose weight. I started taking it 2 month ago and have lost at least 10lbs..which may not seem like a lot but to me it's great. There has been no negative side effects, and I take it with my other medication.
