It's not any kind of "limitless" pill, but it is great for day to day focus. I usually take 1 on normal days to keep me sharp and motivated and 2 when I work (I bartend so I have to multi task a lot). And it really helps to keep my mood up! I am a pretty positive person but I get into my lows every once in a while. But this keeps my head very level

They supply supplements at decent price. My only complaint if wish to call it a complaint is I would like a vegan capsule on all their products instead of some. I can not knock a star off for the type of capsule used. It should be easy enough to correct for the future.
