Zhou Nutrition's collagen is the best. I've been using the product for coupe weeks and have already seen improvement in my skin and hair. I put in my shakes and hot tea . I thought I would use it forever and I'm going to buy it for my daughter and my sister is fabulous.

Excellent company and product. Adding it to my oatmeal is awesome. Tried eating it straight out of a spoon and the taste and texture were unpleasant. But, don't even notice it in my oatmeal. :) Looking forward to it helping my face and skin. Note: Received collagen at a discounted price

Starting out on day 1. Will update as I go along. Tasteless! Input it in my morning coffee and couldn't tell the difference. No grit and it dissolved completely!

So far, so good! I have been using the collagen peptides in my morning smoothie for a week now. I have already nocticed softer/smoothed skin. I am using this also also to help recover from my recent knee surgery. I have even gotten my parents and fiancé to begin taking this!

I currently use 3 products. Hairfluence, Hornygoat weed(husband) and collagen peptides. I love all 3! My hair has grown 4 inches in 5 months and is very healthy. I have been on the Keto way of eating since the beginning of September 2017. With this way of eating, I needed/wanted to take some supplements to make sure I say healthy. I chose Zhou Nutrition Collagen Peptides which is a hydrolyzed protein and is unflavored. I put a full scoop in my double cup of coffee in the mornings and I LOVE it! I won't list all it has in it or what it doesn't have, please see their label for the plethora of information. It's for bone health, joint flexibility, skin cell regeneration, hair and nail strength, and healthy gut support. Again, I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. I will continue to purchase this product.
