My nails have always grown pretty well but would break off often. Since taking these vitamins, my nails are growing and are very healthy, breaking less often. They look healthy and strong. As for my hair, I do notice growth but nothing major as of yet; it's still early. It has been about two and a half months since I started, and I take them as recommended faithfully. I would like to give it four to six months to see if there is major growth.

One can find a number of Tart Cherry on the market but as an added benefit is celery seed. Both inflammation fighters and guard against gout. I've learned the hard way when dealing with gout. If I don't take my Tart Cherry I can have a gout attack at anytime but when taking it, I don't even think about it. Gout is the last affliction you want as it's very painful.
