I'm enjoying many of the Zhou products that I have tried. But one of the best things about Zhou is their intelligent use of social media to reach their customers. They'll reach out with special offers and programs and to solicit honest reviews. But somehow it has never been intrusive. And I really like that about Zhou. Something about this company feels very young and hip and socially aware. They seem to know that people are busy and they probably won't respond to bombardment with countless emails. So they might hit you up on Facebook Messenger and send the occasional email and make special offers that you just can't turn down to keep you interested in them. That's something that most companies just don't have. There seems to be intelligence and awareness behind everything that they do. I am a frequent Amazon customer. My first order from Zhou was their hair and nail supplement they were offering on Amazon as a lightning deal and and I really liked it so I posted a review. Rght away they reached out to me on Facebook Messenger and offered me to the opportunity to try other products at discounted prices. Since that time, I have been a repeat customer and I have tried discounted products and I have bought products at full price because I just like them. I made a repeat order of the hair and nail supplement and I also ordered the collagen supplement at full price. What's impressive to me is that for a specialty company, they have a way of keeping themselves in your mind so that you don't forget them. I don't remember the names of half of the vitamin and supplement companies that I have purchased from over the years on Amazon but because of zhou's marketing tactics, I know them by name now and that's smart on their part! They know what they're doing! They have customer service that is as good as Amazon's! And that's saying a lot. And they make use of that relationship that they have with Amazon (selling on their site) to the very best advantage. I'll admit that at first I was a little creeped out when they contacted me on Facebook messenger and they knew my name. But I became open to it once I saw that they were not trying to take advantage of me and send intrusive spam. They're just working hard to build a reputation and relationships with their clients to make you want to come back to them. In modern times, that's hella hard to do! So they use social media to their advantage because they know that people are only going to give them a few seconds to capture their attention. They do their research and they send you notifications of supplements that they know that you would probably want to use or need. And that's no accident. For instance, they recently offered me the opportunity to try their dim supplement. I missed out on that offer to try it at a discounted price, but when I read the info on d i m, I could see that it was a targeted solicitation. I ended up purchasing a dim supplement (not from them because they haven't had their official launch yet), but because of them I ended up purchasing it from the vendor who's d i m white paper they referenced and it is helping me. So I like what they're doing. They're extremely smart. Their marketing tactics are genius. Very few companies get it right. It takes finesse and talent to market your company in the right way without making customers annoyed.
