Very good communication right from the start. Extensive course documentation: I was able to prepare myself well for the seminar. Good introduction to the course contents. Friendly, in my opinion well-trained instructors. Very good training system, event rooms and times.

Excellent instructor and very good exercises. In my opinion, Z-Health is the way forward for trainers and physio therapists. It all makes sense and can easily be introduced into a meriad of training programs.

I've been wanting to take Z-Health since 2012. I finally invested in taking essentials in 2018. Took essentials and loved it. Signed up after class for monthly payments to pay for R and I phase. I was able to take essentials again because it was being taught where I lived FOR FREE. Again validating how amazing Z-Health is. Great preparation for R-phase. The class was amazing. It's a lot of information and they break it down in a way that makes understanding by the 4th day. I am really excited to take I-phase next. Definitely worth the investment.
