I ordered 6 dining chairs back in Sept, and the estimated arrival was Dec. Then it got delayed to Jan, then Feb, then March, now April. I've been trying to get in touch with this company through both email and phone to cancel, but no answer. They have filed for bankruptcy and I don't expect to ever get my chairs. Please give me a refund! My order number is #830807.

(edit: I already contacted yourvoice(at)zgallerie.com and no one has responded....) I ordered a furniture item in May that was to be delivered in August. When August came and went, I reached out for an update since the site gave none at all and only says "awaiting fulfillment." I was then told it would be September, which came and went, then told October, which came and went, then told November, which...you guessed it...came and went. Still no delivery and I'm only ever given these "updates" if I reach out to them myself. I was even told the item is "now on a truck getting ready to ship from our warehouse mid to late november". When November passed and I asked for another update, I was told early-mid Dec. They are just constantly estimating shipping to be whatever the next soonest time frame is... and the fact that my furniture is apparently just sitting on a truck after I literally paid hundreds of dollars in shipping... w.t.f? Just go out of business already if you can't function properly. Reading reviews on here about how so many people got their items finally but they were damaged, and the company literally won't do anything about it, refuses to do refunds...WHAT IN THE WORLD. Definitely not purchasing from here again. I shopped other "high-end" furniture stores and the experience was far superior to z-gallerie. I can't believe how horrible the service for how expensive everything is. Insane.

We had some dear friends buy us an expensive gift certificate for our wedding. These people are hardworking, hourly wage employees who were extremely kind and generous to us. When I went to try to redeem the gift certificate, there's a toll-free number you are asked to call. When you ask about gift certificates, you are told they are no longer being honored. That's stealing from customers, plain and simple. So disappointed there's not more we can do. UPDATE: Reply provided by Z Gallerie below is completely unsatisfactory. On the gift certificate, it states "does not expire." The store (in an email) told me not honoring the gift certificate is different from the certificate expiring. Semantics! Either way, Z Gallerie took our friends' money and provided nothing in return. They also had my email from the gift certificate delivery to contact me directly and let me know of the change, but they never did so. They told me it was on social media. Who has time to follow all of their retailers on social media? Not only are they dishonest, but they did not execute due diligence in notifying existing gift card holders of this change. So disappointed.

Don't order anything from these people. They are a joke. Took 6 months to get my couch and it showed up damaged. Held onto the old couch and it has been over a year now and they still have not replaced it. Would recommend going elsewhere.

This was my first time ordering from z gallari I gotta say I ordered a blanket thinking I’m getting a nice thick one it was really thin for paying all the money I paid and no sheets with it then I ordered two thinking I’m getting two confeder sets one came ass sheets and no blankets I will never order from there again that’s not right I’m very unhappy with z gallari trying to order my self a nice Christmas present very very unhappy

If I could leave a negative 0 I would. I am writing this to hopefully inform someone else. I purchased an item in store that was in a box and took it home only to discover it was broken. Due to their liquidation, they will not refund the item. Check everything, look for scratches, stains, tears, and chips. They keep items that other customers damage and sell it to you boxed or not.

Ordered a bed on September 4, 2023 with an estimated delivery date in November (Order #824815). When I went to check on the order 16 days ago it had been cancelled without any notification to me. I have called and emailed for 16 straight days without a response. Only actually got connected to a person once. They couldn’t find my order at all! I have sent a copy of my confirmation but have not heard back. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau today. Do NOT buy anything from ZGallery

I mistakenly placed a duplicate order because my original order disapperared before the transaction was complete, so I ordered again. I was charged for both orders - $3,024 each, total of $6.048. I immediately sent an email to customer service, that was 2 weeks ago and since I have sent total of 5 emails to customer service with ZERO response. I have attempted to reach customer service by phone 6 times without any success. Each time I was on hold for 35 minutes before the call ended. I finally called and selected "Place a New Order" and spoke with a sales person. I explained my situation to the sales person and he told me he would cancel the duplicate order for me. I also inquired about the status of my original order and he told me it was backordered and he could not tell me when it would ship. I asked the agent to cancel my original order as well since it had not shipped, and he said he would cancel both and email me cancellation emails for both. He said I would receive the emails within 2 business days. That was 7 business days ago. I have disputed both charges with my credit card company and filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. It is interesting to read responses saying just email your order information to our customer service department and we will help you. Beware of this as I have emailed their customer service department 5 times in 2 weeks with ZERO RESPONSE! Out of 7 phone calls, I was able to speak to someone 1 time and only because I selected the option - Place a New Order. Even then, the agent did not do what he said he would do. I was able to speak with a customer service member last week and get this resolved.
