People!!!!pay attention!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Z GARRIES!!!!! I had to file small claim against them! I ordered a sofa a d a end table in Stempber 2023 and paid in full. By November, no delivery. By December, Z Garries filed bankruptcy. By then, they post my deliver will be in December. Then 2 weeks later post deliver will in January 2024. Then post delivery will be in April 2024!!!! I emailed them several times with no response. I called them to asked for refund, took the call all the way to the so call supervisor and their same answer was we can NOT refund me. Nothing they can do. Keep waiting that was their response. Keep waiting ....... They have no intention to delivery my order that is why the delivery date keeps changing 🙄 At that point, I decided to file a small claim against Z Garries! I hired Berto Legal services to file a small claim. After I filed the small claim, I also hired Berto legal services to served Z Garries Corp and the store both. The day after they got served, I received a call from a dilvery company that they ready to delivery my order! What the F!!!! Took me 4 months battle and file suit to get their attention. Unbelievable. They just a scam! No intention to delivery my order. They keep sending email AD and keep taking people money but no intention to delivery any products. How many people Iike me got scammed by Z Garries!!! At that time, I already order new sofe else where and received my order. File a small claim court that is what you need to do to get your money back. Contact Bertol Legal services and Mr. Albert will help you!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Z GARRIES. IS A SCAM SIN E THEY ALREADY FILED BANKRUPTCY!!! THEY JUST GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU TO XXXXOFF!

I ordered a bed June 2023 and the bed was delivered in September 2023 broken. The delivery company Tuscany advised me to take the broken bed while I wait for a new one and Z-Gallerie coated it as me refusing the bed for no reason. The second bed arrived December without hardware. The delivery company Tuscany said they would come back once the hardware arrived and that they didn’t know how long it would take. I called Z Gallerie yesterday and they are telling me I can’t get no hardware because I didn’t call 7-10 days from when the bed was delivered back in December. I told them I didn’t have my hardware and can I get my hardware delivered with white glove service that I paid for. I spoke with Ricardo and Diana yesterday and nothing was resolved but that they can’t help me and I’m stuck with a bed that’s not put together. A $2500 investment with no hardware. Richardo came up with all the reasons that it was my fault instead of fining reasons to resolve my issue. Both representatives had the worse customer service I have ever received in my lifetime. If you are a smart individual, I wouldn’t shop at this store at all.

My experience w Z Gallerie regarding an order was very disappointing & frustrating, until I met R., one of their customer service representatives. Once he understood my issue he got right on it and managed to get it resolved. I am grateful Z Gallerie has competent people on staff like R., and he's restored my faith in them as a company. Update: Adria G - thank you for your reply recognizing your wonderful customer service agent. However, ZGallerie is still sitting on the refund I have been owed since Nov 2023. Now I have no choice but to downgrade my review of ZGallerie. (It has nothing to do with your wonderful agent who has tried hard to fix the situation he stumbled into.)

Horrible customer service experience. I have been trying to call and each call has lasted 50 mins with no one answering. I placed an order and want to cancel it order 897812. I dont trust this company if it doesnt have a good customer service, dont need the hassle of the possibility to deal with them in case my order needs attention when delivered. Please refund my order and cancel!!!!

In January 2022 we received our Montara sectional couch that we purchased from Z Gallerie in 2021. At first we loved the couch but now, barely 2 years after receiving it, one of the legs has broken on the chase and the sofa portion sags dramatically in the corner. We’ve determined the sagging is an issue with the support springs and not the cushions. (We religiously rotated and fluffed the cushions so we know they are not the problem). We contacted Z Gallerie for help and was told the warranty was only for a year and nothing could be done. Rather than throw good money after bad by repairing a poorly built couch, we’ve decided to replace it. A 2 year lifespan for a couch costing more than $3k is ridiculous and, naturally, we won’t be returning to Z Gallerie.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company so many times via phone and email and no one ever responds! I need to cancel my order ASAP. It has been two weeks and my order still states "awaiting fulfillment". Please cancel my order. Its #891261. I will never purchase from this scam company ever again. Please give me my money back!

I ordered furniture from Z GALLERIE back in September 2023 my furniture was suppose to get delivered January 5th 2024 long wait I know... so I just so happened to call to see why my furniture didn't get delivered they say it got pushed back until the end of March because they are having issues with the vendor/ manufacturer 😤 not one call to let me know what was going on not one email so I tell them I do not wish to wait another 2.5 months without furniture so I would like to cancel my order they go on to say I can't cancel my order once it's placed and they have to reach out to the vendor to get approval for a cancelation that's BS because you just told me your having issues with the vendor so why would that be the vendors call to refund me my $3200 that I paid in full for furniture and have to wait all this time for furniture z gallerie is full of ish and they scam people out of their money and it's not okay. I have spoke with several individuals and they all stated the same thing about furniture orders through them if you know like I know be aware before you order furniture from Z GALLERIE oh and not to mention the store I ordered the furniture in houston texas back in September is permanently closed. What a damn headache and $#*! ache I'm having from dealing with and sitting on the floor this long
