Both me and my Sister ordered the large gold trimmed fluorite crystal on the brass stand and we both love our fluorite crystal art stands!!! They are so beautiful and full of positive energy! My fluorite was missing the plastic tubes to keep my crystal in place on the stand.
I contacted Z Gallerie and both Queen and Colleen went above and beyond by offering options to receive white or clear plastic tubes for my crystal stand. They let me know I had to wait a longer for the clear plastic tubes, I let them know I would wait and they clearly kept me up to date with their excellent communication, patience, and shipping to get me the clear tubes that I wanted.
OMG! The wait and being patient was worth it!
I have my beautiful gold trimmed fluorite crystal with now the clear plastic for my brass stand that I am very satisfied with!!!
