How do I give this miserable company 0 stars? If you want a terrible experience just dare to purchase anything from Z Gallerie. We had a dresser delivered damaged on three separate occasions. They now owe my wife and I money but refuse to settle. You can call their so called help desk only to get a person who acts like they give a crap. They are clearly coached to get you off the phone while promising to get back to you with some sort of resolution. It’s nothing but empty promises. Do not order anything from this company.

If I could provide negative stars to this company I would. I ordered items back in January, and it still has not shipped nor can they tell me the ETA. Had a different order with a damaged dresser and it took several phone calls and emails to try to reach a reasonable resolution for a free replacement. They expected me to Fedex a 800 lb dresser at my cost for something I received damaged. They are not helpful and tell you they will get back to you, they never do. I am still waiting on 2 orders and a refund. It is a headache and I will never purchase again, it is a shame after being a long term customer.

Ordered a lamp that took over 2 months to receive. It was missing several parts. When I called customer service they said that I would receive resolution in a day or two. It has been more than 2 weeks. I was a customer of theirs for over 20 years. The obviously don’t care about that so I will find a new business to shop with. Also filed a claim with BBB.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order in June and three weeks later the order has not shipped yet. You never receive a tracking # even though they claim that the carrier is fedex

I purchased a quilt, shams, and a throw pillow for $355.06. Shipping (standard) was $49.95. I paid using PayPal. When I received the items, they were not the quality that I expected (the material was very cheap/poor quality, looked like I had gotten it at Walmart for less than $100. To return, I had to send it back with tracking information ($69). My tracking information noted delivery on June 10. I did not receive my refund until July 3rd, and that was only after a string of emails asking for updates and threatening to file a complaint with PayPal. When I finally got my refund, they only refunded $355.06. So - I ended up paying $118.95 out of pocket in order to see how poor of a quality of a product it was. Very Disappointing.

I ordered over $400 of decorative items for my home and Z Gallerie kept extending the arrival date. When I called the customer service number, the automated message provided a number to call, but it was the SAME number that was dialed. I sent an email and and after several exchanges, someone finally said the order was cancelled and I’d get a refund in 7-10 days. That time has passed and no no one is responding. I finally just disputed with my credit card.

Appears to be an ongoing theme! Order placed in February then backordered twice. Finally received damaged items 2.5 months later. Returned for replacement which took over 30 days to receive and it was damaged. I even suggested they use better packaging, as the box was torn and there was no support for product. It was wood and it was split and scraped in several places. After about 4 follow-up emails asking for some type of compensation, I was told it was final sale (it was not -it was 50% off and no where did it ever state final sale) and it was now no longer available. However, they offered a 10% discount on a future order. I was also told they are under new management. What a joke! Z Gallerie is closing stores and with customer service like this, the online will probably close as well. Maybe TJMAXX will purchase inventory as the full-price products are too high! Also, I feel terrible for employees having to write "canned" language responses. Z Gallerie - you just lost a 20 year customer! BTW the item cost under $100 ($20 was shipping). If you would have even offered $20. I will be sharing my experience.

I tried to order the Kendall chair at z gallerie over Memorial Day weekend. I received a text stating I had 25% off the Kendall Skirted DIning Chair. I tried to order it online but it would not give me the discount. I therefore called customer service to place the order. They would not honor the price. After further discussion the representative offered me 20%. I asked to be connected to a senior manager and was connected to Ricardo Martinez. Not only would he not honor the 25% but he reneged on the original 20% I was offered earlier in the phone call. I then emailed customer service with a screen shot of the text on May 24th. I received a ticket number 2024052463004084 but no response at all. I sent another email today and was given another reference number 20421. How can they offer something in writing and then reneg? Also, how can you take back an offer on the phone. I was very professional and curtious when speaking to Mr. Martinez but he was very flippant and disrespectful. Z Gallerie if you are reading this I would appreciate a response.
