I had a great experience with Z Gallerie! I ordered several items from them recently. Unfortunately, most of the items were stolen. Realizing this, I reached out to Z Gallerie. They put me in contact with a customer support agent (Rica), who passiently proactively supported me through the entire process. When I was finally able to get the security footage from my building and share it with them, they were able to send me a replacement and were very proactive in confirming I had no issues with the replacement. I'm glad we were able to work through the issues, and I was eventually able to get the items because their quality is amazing! The quilt is the softest I've ever had. And the vases are beautiful.

Always so helpful when I have a product question or something with an order. I needed to know the weight of a table and Mike was so amazing in his prompt reply and then followed up to make sure I didn’t need help with anything else.

My order arrived timely but two of four pieces were not up to standards. I contacted customer service by email and was assisted by Joseph C. Best customer service experience in MANY years. He was responsive, articulate and understanding. He initiated follow up during the multiple week replacement process and was always thoughtful and consistent in following up. Z gallery offered multiple solutions but ultimately accepted my request for a replacement. These days, this was a rare experience. Z gallery has earned my loyalty.

First I would like to thank Ronaldo and ZGallery for taking care of my issues and staying in communication with me. The entire team from ordering, customer service to the delivery service were completely exceptional. I ordered quite a bit of furniture and a few pieces were defective. I sent pictures and immediately they offered me a few choices of keeping or replacements. I had to choose replacements because I had already fell in love with my furniture, and I wanted my quest to know where it came from. They swiftly went into action and replaced it. The replacements were in perfect condition. It is very refreshing to buy quality furniture and receive quality service. Now, it is time to go back for my accessories… You have a life time customer. I ordered a sectional online without ever having seen it. My delivery exceeded my expectations! It is everything as advertised and it is beautiful. I had reached out to XGallerie with a question and was answered immediately by Glenn who was there with me until and after delivery.
