They claimed bankruptcy in the spring and reorganize. I thought well it’s now okay to order. They take your order. Run your credit card and get your money. You think your order is soon on its way like any other reputable business. Weeks go by and no product sent. Kept in contact with them. Never tell you it’s back ordered when you order. They are not supposed to run your card till order goes out for delivery. After 4 months go by and they have had your money....you know that the product will never come. Then they say well we will put in your request for a refund but it never gets resolved. Online crooks that have a team of phone scammer customer service reps. They have nothing to sell apparently. A website with pretty pictures to get your money. Can’t help but feel this place is racing to get as much $$$ as they can and then shut down.

Fraud! DO NOT BUY! Bought a sectional that arrived damaged. Was talking to manager about replacing pieces. After getting NO traction, tried to work with customer service (several reps and a manager). Each time after explaining the situation and sending FULL documentation (delivery receipt noting damage, pictures, all communications), the person ceased responding. Never received replacement sections or any partial refund

Z gallerie and their customer support department needs to model Restoration Hardwares service. My Z gallerie experience was bad.

I am so out done with the delivery company and the customer service department! For the second time my order that was placed in December was supposedly received damaged (again)!! I was not notified, I happen to call and CS to check the status of my order. I was told last week by a CS Rep that my re-order should be here this week only to get an email stating it would be mid February. I should have followed my first mind and not to place a 2nd order with them. Once my order is received (should I ever get it) I will NEVER order with this company again! What kind of delivery company hasn’t figured out how to package items where things are not always damaged? Is this just a stall for getting your stuff to you? I simply don’t understand. At the end of the day, my thought....there is something shady going on with this company!! Buyer be ware and look at these reviews before placing an order.

Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I contacted them over 2 months ago for a damaged item they sent me. All I requested is for a replacement for a replacement to be shipped. Still no replacement sent or any response from customer service. I advise anyone who is looking to buy anything from them to look elsewhere unless you want to get robbed by these crooks and their scams.

ZGalerie has nice furniture BUT customer service is VERY AND SUPER BAD. I purchase some furnitures one king and a queen size bed and today they emailed me the description of my items and I notice 2 sizes are queen beds and I called customer service to let them know about the error, the guy who answered the phone left me on hold for 43 minutes and never came back to tell me anything, the phone hang up. After the phone hang up I back and the office is closed. Customer service is very BAD!

If I could put 0 start I will do it. I’m interior designer I worked with tons of different vendors. My client wanted some items from z gallerie. They are the worst. It’s expensive crap from China. Their customer service is terrible. I will never work again with them. They shipped my items one month late, then shipped the incorrect items , forgot to ship one item and all of that delayed my project. They are the worst and they are terrible.

Don't order from them! Placed an online order, they shipped wrong items. I had to call several times to ask for replacement. Each call took me about 30-40 min to explain everything all over and over again. They asked for pictures, than I had to go to FedEx to drop return shipment. After I shipped the wrong items back they said will take 2-3 weeks to have a replacement as they have to verify the shipment I made. It wasn't my mistake. It was them, who send me wrong items and instead of shipping back the replacement right away, they take 3 weeks to issue a replacement. Never had such a bad experience! After I spoke to supervisor (Victor) and asked for compensation for the hours I spend with they customer service, drive to FedEx etc, the answer was "We didn't ask you to call us, it was your choice to give us a call!" Horrible!!! Worse customer service ever!
