Z GallerieReviews of zgallerie.com

Had an awesome Z Gallerie experience. I worked with Grace C. She was extremely knowledgeable and supportive in handling all aspects of my purchase. She truly made my shopping experience a success.

We have a Z Gallerie 6 drawer mirrored dresser. Several of the pulls needed to be replaced. We contacted you and were blessed to speak with Andrey E. From the beginning, he was so pleasant and had a “can-do” approach toward helping us secure new pulls. We decided to replace all of them (12) to ensure continuity. Andrey helped us at every step, keeping us abreast of the progress almost daily. We’ve now received the pulls, replaced our old ones and the dresser looks like new. I’ve led customer service organizations much of my 50 year career and would have loved to have had the opportunity to work with someone like Andrey. He’s truly a huge asset to Z Gallerie and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

My experience was great due to associate John Rei. He assisted me with a delivery that I never received from FedEx. I went through the whole claims process, even provided proof that the delivery was dropped off at the wrong location and was still unable to receive my purchase through FedEx. I followed up with Zgallerie and they were gracious enough to resend what I never received “free of charge.” I am so incredibly thankful for the exception they made for me. Because it was not an error on their part. I finally received my pillows and I absolutely love them. I have made many purchases from Zgallerie and have never had any issues with their quality or delivery, etc. but things do happen and it’s all about how it’s handled and their understanding and willingness to resend a purchase I never received cannot go unnoticed. Signed a forever customer!

Z Gallerie (Z) has been nothing short of great. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and enjoy all my pieces. I’ve had a few pieces that needed to be returned due to various reasons but the process was very simple. Z Gallerie’s products are of great quality, well-crafted and unique. Z Gallerie helped me bring my style into the house. Thank You Z! Respectfully, -Joie B.

I would like to sincerely thank Ken for his exceptional service throughout my Ventane dining table replacement. He was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his dedication and support. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Crista for her wonderful assistance with my original purchase and the return of my dining chairs. Thank you, Ken and Crista, for your outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate everything you both did to make my experience so positive!

Z Gallerie has excellent customer service. Hazel was very prompt and attentive to our needs.

I received a broken and damaged lamp, TWICE! But the customer service team was very helpful in making sure I received a perfect one. It took a while but they were persistent and diligent in making sure I received what I paid for.

Great customer service and products.
