I will never buy from Z Gallerie again. I bought a chandelier online April 22, 2020. I did not receive a notification that it had shipped yet by May 1 and checked their website. On May 1, 2020 it was on sale for $150 less than I paid. I immediately filled in a customer service phone, called and called (no one was answering the customer service phones and voice mailbox was full), and I started writing emails asking for a price adjustment. They finally responded to me 12 days later refusing my price adjustment request because it is no longer on sale. AND they refused to give me the now advertised new customer 20% off because the item is already purchased. On top of all that, when the item arrived, it was shipped from a different dealer that I could have bought from directly for $275 less. STAY AWAY FROM Z GALLERIE

Terrible!! Charges card immediately and doesn’t deliver or communicate about the delay.

they are undependable. I have called and emailed and cannot get customer service. Multiple calls where I wait over an hour and never get anyone picking up

Where is my order?! I placed an order on March 3rd, my credit card was charged on April 28th and it's not May 8th and I have no information on tracking or when my items will ship. I called customer service to find out their "mailbox is full" and no one answered the phone. A call to the BBB in the next few days will be in order if I don't receive a response. My first time ordering from them but never again after this!

Customer service hotline is a nightmare. Don’t bother purchasing. Every time we call, we receive different and conflicting information from each representative. They also don’t provide updates on things that they should. All of their credit card accounts were closed by their banker without notifying account holders. We were promised white glove service on shipped items, and the movers refused to even take items to the appropriate room or even unbox them. We were promised a $700 refund and never received it. Then we were told that the refund needed to be approved by management and that the process wasn’t initiated. Then we were told that we could “maybe” get $315 back, but only because the customer service rep promised us $700, when she wasn’t allowed to in the first place?? What sense does that make. They also keep changing the timeline for when we “might” get $315 back. Trust me- don’t shop here.. it is not worth the headache. We will not be purchasing from z gallerie any further.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with previous reviews. I ordered simple wall sconces on 3/25 as of May 4, I still do not have my product. The sad part, my credit card was billed. Calling into customer service is like calling into a preschool class for answers. I was told the item is on back order, I stated online it does not state this. My delivery times have changed without communication from the company. Then the agent lied and said online it says in stock because it includes inventory in the store. Sir all your stores are closed. I saw other items that clearly stated out of stock. I called 3 time inquiring about my order. It takes almost 30 min for your call to be answered. The mailbox to leave a message is full. Tracking system is a joke. Requested a manager, never received a call back. I would recommend that you run from this company. It's not worth the trouble. Shame on ZGallerie and the customer experience that they offer. It's no wonder they are going out of business.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I’ve called customer service 10 times and Emailed multiple times I have still not had response to a solution and asked to speak to a manager multiple times and for some reason there is no customer service manager ever on call. I have left a message for them to call me back still no call back they are leaving no choice but to call my credit card and cancel my order. I have never been so frustrated dealing with any thing as I am right now. First time I called I spoke to Ana and she was supposed to have Andrea call me back her manager. Then spoke to Edgar and emailed him multiple times no answer then called back spoke to Daniela emailed her multiple times she was supposed to have a manager call me back still no answer. Then I called back and spoke to Robert same he couldn’t find Daniela or a manager for me to talk to this has been going on for three weeks. I’m very disappointed with the service from Z Gallerie never again will I ever shop there again.

If there is a negative star i will give them that, they don't deserve the one star. TERRIBLE company, i waited for my product to arrive for 6 month when their estimation was only 2month. i called them so many times, i was told that someone will reach out to me, no one got back to me called several times and got bounce around from person to person without my issue being resolved. I was told that the items was made in here in California, but letter found out that it was made in Vietnam. The sofa looks nothing like what i saw in the store. Even the guy who delivered for the company said the company is TERRIBLE, he doesn't understand how the company like this still exists.
