The worst business whenever! After 3 months waiting for my online order I was told to wait 3 months more! I called and emailed numerous times, filled out the contact form from their website - NOTHING! it was so hard to reach them out!!!!!! and I didn't get any apologies for inconvenience!

Horrible customer service. I placed an order on February and I haven’t received my order yet. I emailed customer service 3 times, neither refund nor item. No wonder they have all these bad reviews. I haven’t walked to their store To see how it looks but website is pretty cool and that’s how I needed up ordering stuff before I actually read reviews.

Con Artists. I’ve ordered lots of custom furniture from them before, so I trusted them this time . My mistake. The sales rep knowingly lied and said that the factory where my furniture was being made was still open and operating despite covid . Just maybe a week or two delay due to social distancing. I said ok. Come to find out the factory had been closed for weeks before I purchased this item . Now they tell me no refund because it’s a custom order. Usually I would agree if the order had already been started, but he deliberately lied just to get the sale !! So sad I use to pride my self oh having a Z gallerie house . Not anymore. I disputed the change with my bank and BBB is next . I may never get this furniture if they are waiting for factory in California to open . I doubt they will survive this recession, and I hope they don’t with these deceptive practices.

Horrible customer service. I ordered multiple items and one item was missing. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and still no response about my missing order. I have tried calling their customer service and was placed on hold for over 2 hours. It’s truly a shame a company like this is very unprofessional. I will not be spending my money here again.

After receiving a broken end table, several emails (that promised a phone call back in 1-2 days each time), several phone calls (one with a dog barking in the background on the other line so obviously speaking to someone working at home) and a promise to send me a return label to return the broken item I have received nothing but a $283 bill for my item. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Received my package today the eclipse mini vase broken into a million pieces. Worse packaging I have ever seen its glass no bubbly wrap nothing. Been trying to call all afternoon no answer so dissatisfied. I was looking forward to this vase. They need to package there stuff better.

I purchased furniture set from them. I have emailed and called customer service multiple times. My furniture needs replacement parts. They said they don’t have record of my purchase. I sent them the invoice of my purchase. They have ignored it and continue to say it’s not in their system. I am not asking for anything free. I am willing to purchase the replacement parts which is a few knobs but now my emails are being ignored. Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s not my fault my purchase was deleted from their system. My invoice should be enough proof that I purchased my furniture there. Never again will I purchase from them!
