Et tu Z Gallerie. I've been a huge fan of Zgallerie for YEARS. I'm a lover of unique beautiful things and Zgallerie never dissapointed .....until now. I had my eye on this acrylic connect four game and when I saw it was on sale for 70 percent off I had to have it. I bought it without second thought. I understood it would take a while to receive it due to the pandemic. After over a month of waiting I called only to be told that the item was discontinued. No notification at all just constant reminders that it was on the way......HOW???? The customer service representative said be it that the stores were reopening that I could go to one of the stores that they showed still had a couple in stock, show my receipt and that they would honor the 70% off price. I did that a few weeks ago. Today I look at my account to see that they CHARGED ME AGAIN. I can't get a hold of anyone in customer service to fix this. I am LIVID.

The worst customer service ever. It is no wonder they went out of business already were bought out and will soon go out of business again. I bought a $500 custom painting which took 2 months to get to me. I had requested and was supposed to receive shipping confirmation with tracking. I received shipping confirmation and tracking once the item had already arrived for 2 and a half days. As a result the painting sat out in torrential rain for 2 days! When I contacted Z Gallerie I spent 2 hours on hold then was told a ticket would be created and I would get a response within 48 hours. I sent the pictures no response. Spent a total of 4 more hours on hold with customer service over the next week and sent 4 or 5 emails. Never received a response. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. They are truly the worst company out there and I hope they go out of business soon. The way they treat customers is despicable!

Worst company ever! My drawers were three months late and also came defected and now I have to wait till September early November to receive the new ones! Mind you that delivers ruined my walls and punctured holes through it. Management did not offer anything just a sorry!! As expensive as it is you would think that their customer service would be good! They said there was nothing they can do about it.

I also had the worst experience. I received two rugs that looked nothing like the photos and smelled like toxic oils or gasoline. I emailed them with photos right away, waited a week no response. Called customer service, waited 2 hours and finally opted for a call back without losing my place in line and the system hung up on me because their mailbox was full. Took The Heavy and huge rugs to a local store and they refused to accept them back because “they are from an outside vendor”. Called customer service and waited for almost three hours. Finally spoke to someone who assured me I would receive instructions for return or disposal of the rugs with a refund within 72 hours. It’s been 4 days. Called again and I’ve been on hold for 4 hours! They are either going out of business or they don’t care about their customers at all. I don’t know what to do at this point but I could never imagine having this type of experience with such a big company. I would not recommend shopping with them EVER!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDERED TWO PRICEY BED SETS C. MAY 15. TO DATE (JUNE 15) HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, THOUGH ONE ORDER IS DUE TO ARRIVE TODAY. FOR MY MISSING ORDER "TRACK YOUR ORDER" SHOWS THE DELIVERY FOR LATE MAY EARLY JUNE. IT IS NOW MID-JUNE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR ANY NOTIFICATIONS. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE WITH ANY COMPANY. WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDERS I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE ONLY THING THEY DID RIGHT WAS ACCEPT MY MONEY. AFTER THAT EVERYTHING THING HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES EVEN ANSWER THE PHONES, OR RETURN YOUR CALLS WHEN YOU LEAVE A NUMBER AS THEY INVITE YOU TO DO. HOW CAN THEY RUN A BUSINESS WITH SUCH HORRIBLY NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! OBVSIOUSLY THESE REVIEWS ARE BEING IGNORED OTHERWISE THEY WOULD ATTEMPT TO DO BETTER BUSINESS RELATIONS.

Ordered item on March 26 was told 9 day's and shipment would be sent out!! Welp, Today is JUNE 9TH AND STILL NO ORDER. IVE CALLED 20 TIMES LITERALLY My designer is on HOLD AND IVE ALREADY PAID HIM😡😡😡 I NEED MY ITEMS SO I CAN RESUME TO NORMAL. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM Z GALLERIE AGAIN!!

If I could give negative stars I would. No item, no correspondence and after I paid them my credit card was compromised TWICE. stay far away

Same problems as stated below. Waiting 3 months for an item. It never shows a shipping date, and orders can't be tracked. I have requested my money back. I feel like I have been scammed.
