Z Gallerie in the International Mall, Tampa Florida is G-R-E-A-T ! Each time I walk in, I am welcomed by one of the associates and am walked around and helped. They make it so much fun (and there’s no pressure). There are so many great things in the store, I tend to stay over an hour each time. And Jeffrey is fantastic. Gabby at Paramus is fantastic! I was looking for some pieces to finish the decoration of my mom's apartment and decided to call Paramus. Gabby it was my Advisor. I explained exactly what I was looking for and she sent me photos and details of all the pieces. Guess what? I ended up buying everything I needed. As online inventories get bigger, store visits drop. I have bought a few items from Zgallerie on more than one occasion and have been satisfied each time. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted with professionalism and smiles. Richard took the time to listen to my needs and help me layout my dream design for my living room. I will be back, and I'm definitely recommend to my family and friends!

I shop in this store frequently and the customer service is superb. I always asked for the salesperson, Yvonne. She is very knowledgeable, professional and patience. Always giving you great ideas and her very best support to the customer. Yvonne is definitely an asset to this store.

I just purchased two framed pieces of artwork from Z Gallerie. The online buying process was easy and I received my two pieces of artwork very fast (despite it listing a shipping time of 5-7 weeks). The pieces looked better in person than they did online, which is always a risk when buying art online, and they were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I was wary to order after reading many of the reviews listed here, but luckily my experience exceeded expectations.

I found the perfect couch, the Verona, at Z gallerie but was so worried by all the reviews of this store. I'm so glad I ordered anyway. I did have to wait 2 months and it was annoying that their "tracking" doesn't actually show where it is and just keeps pushing out the expected delivery date. Thankfully I was expecting the worst and did call a few times but every person I talked to was very helpful. I LOVE my couch. One corner of the headrest did come a little smushed but they are sending out a replacement. I took a chance and it worked for me. If you know for sure that you won't return something and you are ok with waiting longer than expected then I recommend it!

True delivery takes a long time, ordered Feb 1, 2020 and received June 6, 2020 but was told that at time of purchase so no surprise- they were actually early. The bed was delivered and setup just as ordered- professional crew. I could track my order online- input order # and received status. Great overall experience!!

Thank goodness I took a chance on Z Gallerie. I visited the store 4 times before ordering and struggled as to whether to make a purchase from them in light of their less than stellar reviews. But I just could not find a reclining sectional I loved nearly as much anywhere else. Theirs was modern, stylish and quiet, and at all the other stores they were so bulky and "western" looking! So I went for it. I ordered through Diana, the manager at the Z Gallerie store at The Village in Woodland Hills, California. To my surprise, the whole process couldn't have been more flawless. Diana, the store manager, went out of her way to make sure my order was correct and set my delivery expectation, which was expected to be about 3 weeks. I placed my order on a Sunday, and my furniture was delivered the following Saturday, a mere 6 days later. Underpromised and overdelivered! The delivery team was also top notch and it couldn't have gone better. I also placed an online order for some pillows, which also went perfectly. Hopefully this is a good sign of things to come from Z Gallerie, because I love this store and would hate for it to go away! Thank you Diana!
