DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE from this furniture retailer. They do not publish all the facts during the online purchasing process. They farm out sales to other vendors who then ship in a shoddy manner. Buyer beware

Discrimination at its finest at store #63 in Tampa, Florida inside International Plaza. I visited this location Sunday, October 25th between the hours of 4-5pm to finalize a purchase for a $3200 couch. Please note, I’ve been debating between this couch or a $5K sofa from Scan Design. Upon my arrival, I sat and viewed the sofa near the register where the employees were located and reviewed the different color pallets that were attached for my personal taste just to be sure of the style once again. A couple came in 5 min after I did and was looking at the same sofa and were immediately greeted and assisted with more knowledge about the same sofa by Scott who came from the nearby register. I never received the same courtesy. A new (seasonal) hire came over to me took notice and asked if I needed any help. I acknowledged my concern what just transpired and she immediately apologized. After her assistance she had to ask her co workers for questions based on some of the questions I was asking her on the product. This was understandable as she was a new hire. Since I was there to make a $3200 purchase, I was still disgusted by the actions of Scott. I thanked the new hire for coming over to help me and asked her for the corporate number. She went over to the register area where the other employees were (and Scott) for the info which I heard Scott ask her why and they were not giving that information. Upon her return she passed on the message and I thanked her for her time. A few days after this happened I did my own research and was able to locate the store number here in Tampa (#63) and locate the CEO’s name Jordan Voloshin. Let me remind you again, this was done on my own since I was refused a store number. I called customer service who emailed the corporate number 219-736-1100 but again the run around. I’ve never felt so belittled in my life and decided to make the $5K purchase with Scan Design. I refused to give Z Gallerie my money and be a contributor to help maintain their struggling chain remain in business. Hopefully no one else experience this same ordeal as I did. I only wanted to come in and spend a few grand on a nice sofa for my new downtown 33rd floor condo.

Ordered form them and the merchandise seems old and used. Chipped edges and the customer service is horrible. Never buy from these guys online EVER. No shipping dates , no information and when your stuff arrives it’s crap.

Horrible!!!! I ordered a coffee table in March...was delivered damaged 3 times. It looked like the same table with touch up paint. The representative refused to ship my order after 3 times and canceled my order. CHEAP OVERPRICED PRODUCTS!! BUYER BEWARE.

I went to Z Gallery store number 31 and I was very Very disappointed not with what I bought because everything was gorgeous . Sad to say your store has the laziest managers I have ever seen !! The lady that helped me was the sweetest girl & most helpful girl, she help me put an extra large Rug in my truck, while the lazy managers just watched us struggle the whole time we were loading it in the back of my truck & tying it up. This happened 10/11/20 at around 5:30 I really hope someone higher in charge sees this message.

Wish I could put zero stars... had a picture hanging for a year.. out of no where the frame falls apart and falls luckily not injuring anyone. The frame cracked so we call customer service and we ordered the $600 picture 1 year and 5 days after warranty was up and received it under a year later... they did nothing!!! It had nothing to do with how it was hung... the screws literally ripped out of the frame and cracked.. My entire house is full of their decor... horrible customer service... will never shop there again...

I've always been a customer of ZGallery in Paramus. Before purchasing a large amount of furniture I tried looking for reviews and couldn't find any. Ha! This website had them all. My bad experience was customer service. My issue was the actual quality of the furniture you purchase. First Of all it takes forever for you to get what you ordered. I was understandable because the Morgan sofas were so nice. The furniture are expensive but I don't mind paying if the quality is good. You are better off buying from Bobs furniture!!!!! I swear I had my sofas delivered in August 2020 the very next day the fabric looked like I had it for years. Of course there's no refund! The quality is cheap but the sofas actually cost me around 4K. Please take your money somewhere else! I know everything looked nice but the reality is they are over priced and quality are extremely cheap. My sister bought bobs furniture and paid 200.00 and her sofas look brand new! I can't repeat this enough it's not worth the hassle please take Ur money else where!!!!

Z Gallerie does not even deserve 1 star. The customer service here is beyond terrible. I had ordered a Roberto bed, although it came earlier than expected, but they had forgotten the slats for the bed; which is almost pointless of receiving this item earlier than expected. Had to call customer service 4x before anyone would take ownership of the problem/case. Every agent will tell you it'll take 24-48 hours. Unfortunately you will have to call every day until you get an answer from someone. Finally, they ordered the slats and had it delivered today, and AGAIN... they sent me only ONE SLAT out of FOUR. This is beyond unbelievable and so unprofessional. Furniture here isn't cheap, so you would expect them to get this right the first time. I escalated to Supervisor and I have not heard anything back! I will never order from them again.
