i was connected with Alonzo and when i told him how he could help me i was amazed at how quickly he found the information i was looking for. How courteous and polite he was. the info i was looking for was from 2018(but I didn't know what year I was looking for) and he was so helpful and then he emailed me the information and all of this took approximately 10 minutes. I've made serveral online purchases. I had 2 items arrive damaged but they replaced them. Beautiful pieces but shipping can be lengthy if not in stock.

The rep was polite, straight to the point and she found a solution to my issues.

We are proud ZGallerie customers and quite honestly, we feel like family. Our closest ZGallerie is about 4 hours away which is no problem for us, got car, will drive! We love the decor and all that ZGallerie Store 87 has to offer. The customer service is Top notched and the associates and managers there really treat you with gratitude and kindness. We had our Maden Vase to shatter into pieces on it own. Seem there is a quality product deficiency that has been now resolved. The Managers at Store 87 have been a complete joy to work this issue out! Can't wait to get our replacement! Continue the good work and all you do, seen and unseen!
