Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a product and was sent the wrong item. Had to call more than one time and jump through hoops to try and get a refund. Finally received a shipping label to return the product. When the refund finally came through they did not credit the shipping... I had to spend more time messaging them back to get the remaining credit. While I ultimately received the full refund, their response was disingenuous, like they were hoping I would just not notice and let the shipping go. Will never buy from this company again.

Beware that if you order something online and need to return it, you cannot return to the store and have to ship it back to the warehouse....AND the shipping for a mere pillow costs almost as much as the pillow itself! I just stood in line for 45 minutes to return a $52 pillow . I was informed it would be $37 because of where it has to be shipped to. They will not allow you to return to the Zgallerie store that is 5 minutes from me!!? It’s a rip off. I have been a fan of Zgallerie for a long time, because I like their style. Most of my furniture and decor is from there. However, I have had other issues with customer service and products in the past and I have decided to start giving my business to a more customer friendly store.

I wanted to support this business because I used to love their stores and I hate Amazon. They basically lie about their shipping and take zero responsibility when something doesn't get delivered as promised. I paid $37 for overnight shipping for a small item and it's been 8 days and still no delivery. These guys will be going out of business soon I expect. You can't treat customers like this and hope to keep them.

So disappointed with Z Gallery! They sent me defective merchandise and refused to replace it. I will never order another thing from them ever again!

Horrible service! No price adjustments honored even when they have promised delivery weeks ahead of receipt (and I still don't have it!). They do not have a "customer first" policy. I would stay away from ordering from them!

Do I begin with their incompetent customer representatives? Or misspelling my name (Diana) as Sayana, Dyana, Dian, etc.? Or with their website typo stating that I will receive free shipping but then charging me $199.00? This was my first AND LAST experience processing a purchase for over $1,400.00 online at the Z-Gallerie website. When I got to my last step in processing the order, my total balance indicated that I qualified for FREE Shipping. But when I entered my CC credentials, their system did not accept my payment. I called and spoke with my bank - they said your CC is okay, speak wit Z-Gallerie. I called Z-Gallerie and spent over two hours (yup, no joke) on the phone, emailed the a screenshot to their incompetent representative where it says that I qualify for FREE shipping, and she said that it is their typo and they will not be offering free shipping. They were charging me $199.00. WHAT KIND OF SCAM IS THIS? At the end, the supervisor agreed to give me a measly $50.00 discount on their shipping. What a disgrace. No wonder Z-Gallerie has 1 star reviews all over LOL.

NEVER order anything from them online. I ordered a blanket for my granddaughter’s room when my daughter was 3 months pregnant. It arrived TWO MONTHS AFTER THE BABY WAS BORN. It took them EIGHT MONTHS to ship ONE BLANKET. And, their customer service never responded to emails. This was all pre-Covid in April 2018.

Ordered a sectional 5 months ago and nothing! I was giving multiple expected delivery dates. Now, I keep being told that they emailed the vendor and waiting for a reply. It's been weeks since they sent out that email. This is unacceptable.
