Karla was super helpful in helping me track my package. She gave me the last update on ZGallerie's end as well as the update that was showing on Fed Ex's end. She communicated directly and handled my worry with care. It was a pleasure having her assist me.

I was shopping for special gift. I love Z Gallerie because they have very unique merchandise. I saw just what I was looking for. I decided to call Z Gallerie because I had a few questions. Stephanie, a Z Gallerie team member, answered my questions in a very polite and patient manner. She was extremely helpful and professional. I decided to place my order. She willing replied that I could place the order online or she could help me through it. I chose to let Stephanie help me. Within minutes my order was placed and confirmation was sent to my email. She made my experience painless. Stephanie is an asset to Z Gallerie. If you are looking for unique things for your home, Z Gallerie is a place you should explore.

Alonso was wonderful. He apologized for the long wait I had to speak with him, and then began to help me with my issue. I was grateful for his understanding of the problem and his ability to correct it. I love Z Gallerie, and am so relieved that I don't have to doubt my positive feelings!
