I was happy to have made my purchase with my customer service representative. At first I was confused in why I couldn’t use a gift card on the website and had someone originally tell me they would assist me but instead I called back and got help from Carolina. She was extremely nice and very helpful in make sure that I placed my order and even recommended something else for me if I wanted it. Thanks to her I was able to get my things. Thank you!

ZGALLERY: I recently had to cancel and order in which I had paid in full in the amount of three figures. I contacted customer service and they took time with me to solve my problem. I have always loved purchasing from the Gallery. They issued me a full refund . I will definitely continue purchasing from ZGallery.
