Terrible customer service. They delivered a package to the wrong address and they would not issue a refund because they claimed “somebody had signed for it” but the person that had signed for the package was not the person it had shipped to. Will not be shopping with this company again.

We purchased furniture for three of our rooms from the this store back in Oct 2020. The furniture will not arrive till May of 2021. There has been zero communication from their customer service department, and one of the items was shipped via fedex ground which we had to carry in after paying $199 for a delivery fee. Once we lugged it in, we realized that the item a bed foot bench was the wrong color. Their customer service folks are awful. Zero communication to let us know about the delays, unless we call them first. Please be weary if buying anything from them. The store associates are great but they also will not correct or compensate for the delays caused. One of the worst furniture buying experiences and if I could give them zero stars I would.

I ordered and paid for my furniture on 12/5/2020. I received several calls and emails about adding insurance to my furniture (that I don’t have) I called 3/10/2021 for a status update. I have told that my order is pushed out to mid to late May. I asked why wasn’t notified I was told they don’t have a system that to notify customers. I asked about canceling my order I was told I can’t cancel my order. I’m out a few thousand dollars and without furniture.

Stay away, They will lie to sell you something. I was promised my furniture in 9 to 12 weeks. Now they are saying it will take 7 months. Their customer service refuses to refund me or to expedite my delivery, I would NOT have bought it if I knew it would take thst long. They are essentially holding me nd my money hostage and are in violation of their written and verbal contract. It was supposed to be delivered Feb 24th and now it is maybe May, Four times they have promised to have the head of their escalation team return my call and they have not. I will never buy from them again, They have no integrity and you cant trust anything they say. They will eagerly take your money but you may or may not get your furniture. I am going to have to take legal action. It is such a shame that they care so little for their customers.

Although ZGallerie has beautiful items. They are not a customer friendly company. I placed an order and 3 months later, the order was still pending. By this time, all of the items were at a reduced price however, the original prices were still showing on my pending order. When I called the company and asked for them to update the prices, they said my order was not eligible for the sale prices. Of course, I said to cancel the order and I would reorder at the new price. Again, they would not. I had two options, pay the full price or receive the order and return it at my expense. Total nonsense and certainly feels like extortion. Also in a seperate order, I added things to my cart in an abundance (needed 1 item but somehow ordered 4) and of course Customer Service could not help. I was charged to return the items and then a 25% restocking charge. The returned boxes were never opened. Lesson's learned. They may have lovely things, but I can find the same items on other websites and that's what I will be doing from now on.

Very disappointed... I spent thousands of dollars furnishing my entire house. My formal dining room table with mirror top you can literally see rows and rows of glue spots showing through! They refuse to help the issue and it is obvious defective! I have never even sat at this table it’s for looks only. Wish I could post pictures. Beware of mirrored top items.

Kept my money and won’t ship my items.....going to the Federal Trade Commission. This is very easy for you to do. It’s online and you can file a fraud report for online shopping. This store misrepresents and underserved it’s customers. We can stop others from having this happen if we take action by filing a report with the FTC. Tried to cancel but they won’t let me. Tells me my order has been assigned to a truck but no shipping notification received and my order disappeared from my online account. They won’t tell me a shipping date or cancel my order. All the 1 star reviews tell the story. Buyer beware.

The bed was sent from the store warehouse with 2 left side frames (rather than one and one right). Since this initial failure, there have been several missed delivery commitments. Moreover, I have been without a bed.
