Dear Mahsa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the difficulty locating your bedding set during pickup, especially knowing you had traveled a long distance to the Dallas store. We understand how disappointing that must have been, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to make things right. We’re delighted to hear that Jhona and John were able to help arrange home delivery and provide consistent updates throughout the process. Jhona’s thoughtful follow-up and the Dallas team’s commitment to resolving the issue reflect the level of care we want every customer to experience. We’re especially happy to know your bedding set has arrived and that you’re pleased with it! At Z Gallerie, we want every part of the shopping experience—from placing an order to enjoying your new pieces at home—to feel seamless and rewarding. Thank you for your patience and for recognizing the team’s efforts to turn a frustrating situation around. We hope your new bedding brings comfort and a beautiful finishing touch to your home! Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — and we're truly sorry that your experience with our return policy has left you feeling disappointed. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to deal with return fees, especially when shopping online. To be fully transparent, here's how our policy works: If you cancel before your order ships: we'll process a full refund for the item. If you return an item after delivery for personal reasons: we can help make it easy for you. We'll create a return label for you and arrange a home pickup at your convenience. Please note that return shipping fees and the original shipping cost are the customer's responsibility, in line with our policy. We hear you that this policy feels inconvenient, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to tell us — feedback like this is how we improve. We'd love the chance to make this right for you. Our team will review your order and proactively reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss a more suitable resolution. Please keep an eye on your email for our follow-up communication. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We truly appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and improve your experience with Z Gallerie. Best regards, Z Gallerie Customer Service
