I was a loyal customer of this company. I placed an order for three items with ZGalleries on Sept 1, 2021. Two of the 3 items were in stock. It is now Sept 22nd and I still have not received my order. Finally I called to see what was going on. They said that they were waiting on other items to come in, which had an eta of November!! So I asked them WHEN / if at all - if they had any plans on updating me on this very very late ETA. Usually a one week or 10 day timeframe a customer service update should have called to say that one of the items were still on back ordered, out of stock, running late etc. It would give the customer the options as to split the order and/or send the items that are in stock. This has happened to me before. This company had a bad reputation on fulfillment of orders and customer service. Both Depts needs RESTRUCTURING!!

After ordering a chandelier over the phone with a gift card and my credit card, I was told it would arrive in 10 business days. Then received an email with an update that it was 4-6 weeks out. I called and cancelled. Got my refund on my CC and the gift card would be sent via an E Card to my email in 3-5 days. 3 weeks later no card and when I called the info was in the system but never processed. The agents were all very nice but the customer service and integrity is severely lacking.

I ordered a bar cart in November. Backordered until April. It gets delivered in February. Obviously returned from another customer due to bad quality then shipped to me. Scraped off and missing paint, scratches. Horrible quality. Although I receive an unbelievable low price with free shipping on Black Friday, I returned it for refund and did no want a replacement. They disclosed it was still on backorder until April, so were did this on come from? So disappointed that they have no quality control and would think it would be acceptable.

I recently bought a vase from the Zgallerie. A few days later, the vase went on sale from $99 to $68. Their policy states that you have 14 days from the date of purchase to get a price adjustment in this situation. I called them on day 10, asking for the difference to be refunded. The customer service representative, said that they would only give me a gift card for the difference, I couldn’t get my $34 back. Why would they not want to give the money back? On what ground? To force you to spend the money back in their store? That’s the kind of thing that’s so upsetting, that I would never want to buy anything else from them. The customer service is horrible! They actually don’t even care about customer retention! The guy’s attitude was “I don’t care if you never buy from this store ever again! No, I don’t recommend them at all!
