Liliana Gantes did an excellent job resolving my problem. The most important part to me was her prompt responses and follow through, which most people never do. She is a gem.

My name is Charles, I ordered a sectional from Z-Gallery a few months ago and need to add an additional piece to it. To be sure I am getting the correct item I called spoke to Carolina. The sale had ended yesterday, she spoke to her supervisor and was able to applied the sale price to my order. So nice of her, also explained all I needed to know about my order.

After speaking to several reps.....finally I was transferred to Dominique Berenice who was extremely helpful in reaching a satisfying result. I am very grateful to her. I love Z Gallerie products....but wish they would consider reevaluating their shipping rates....it could be a deciding factor on a purchase.
