Z GallerieReviews of zgallerie.com

Elias was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me today. He provided me with great customer service and he was extremely patient.

Fernanda Atenas provided excellent service and adjusted my account! Thank you Fernanda!

We were so happy about finding a great dining table that was ready to ship. The shipping company let us know it had arrived at JFK but we were having trouble getting a delivery window. Karla at Z Gallerie was so supportive she called us back more than once and assured us they were on it. We love this table and the great customer service we got from everyone there. Many thanks.

Just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks to Gabriel. Had placed an order on line for a few items and a couple of weeks went by without any shipping information. Gabriel was quick to respond to my inquiry and advised an item was no longer available but suggested a substitute. I received my order today, in perfect condition, and wanted to thank Gabriel for his assistance.

Sometimes things go wrong with shipping home furnishing items. At no fault of Z Galleries, a beautiful and fairly expensive rug we ordered arrived damaged and was not noticed until after the delivery team had left. Customer Support provided exemplary and preternatural service and, Karla in particular, is deeply appreciated for her patience and guidance that got us to a great outcome. These days, outstanding Customer Support routinely seems like a thing of the past, but Z Galleries and Karla proved otherwise. Thank you so very much!

Called Z Gallerie Sales to place an order. The process couldn’t be more seamless. Ana was so kind & knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make the experience perfect. I’m super excited to receive the products I ordered.

I had a query about the color of frames for art work that I was considering purchasing. I had a quick response from Gabriel informing me of the color. Since I have already purchased art work from Zgallerie before I was okay with purchasing even though I could not physically see the art work.

I have always been a huge fan of Z Gallerie. I own a variety of beautiful items from Z. I fell in love with blush colored wine glasses so I ordered four. They arrived beautifully and securely packed, however, one of the wine glasses was defective on the inside. I thought what should I do? I didn’t want to spend a fortune returning one wine glass. I had resigned myself that if the problem could not be resolved with minimal costs I would keep and use the remaining three because they are that pretty. So, I took a chance and contacted ZG with my dilemma. Karla was very prompt about contacting me and I was happily excited when she said it would be more equitable if ZG replaced the defective glass without a cost to me. What?! Folks, that’s excellent customer service. Karla, thank you so much for being timely with your response. Your solution was unexpected and at the same time wonderful! I feel very blessed which may sound silly but Karla’s act of kindness touched my heart. Thank you so much! Phyllis G
