Horrendous customer service! I ordered a $2000 table that came with some scratches on it. Instead of replacing the table it is there policy to send out a furniture repair person. It took a couple of months for them to come out to fix it and now fast forward 10 months and the repair is chipping off and looks worse than the original scratches. Called Z gallerie and they cant do anything because its been a week over a year. Never again!!!!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I think that Z Gallerie has lovely merchandise and have made several great furniture purchases in the past. However, they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING that I have ever experienced. I placed an order in the beginning of November for a Chanel poster as a Christmas gift. After numerous calls, I received an oversized box on December 18, which contained a Hermes poster. Long and short of it, customer service promised to replace the Hermes poster with the correct item. They did not honor that commitment. The Customer Service Department needs to be trained on what the words "customer service " mean. It doesn't mean late shipping of the incorrect item and not honoring your commitment. Very frustrating to deal with the type of team. Obviously, very poor management and lack of skill knowledge

This is my 1st & last time ordering with Zgallerie. My experience with this company thus far has been horrible! 1. I placed an order in October for a living room & dining room chairs. To begin with, I only received 1 sofa in Nov which was WET. It was HELL getting a replacement. 2. I was told the remainder of my order would ship at the end of Dec & delivered in January. Perfect, I thought til I received another email later informing that now delivery will be late February/early March. So the store manager told me that I was eligible for a FULL Refund since they did not keep their end of the deal & gave me customer service number to cancel. 3. I called & still waiting for my FULL refund & resolution to this nightmare! For, now they are telling me that there is a 50% restock fee for custom made furniture which makes absolutely no sense when the items were never in stock or made in the 1st place so how can a restock fee be charged?? Plus their their website shows a restock fee of 25% if anything not 50% which they still have failed to provide proof of. So beware out there of Zgallery and their scams!!

I have had the worst experience!!!! Not sure who Z Gallerie outsource there delivery of furniture with in the Baton Rouge, LA area, but I’m having a challenge with scheduling the delivery of my Reflection mirror that was order in November. Though I receive a text to call the carrier and schedule delivery as my item is ready for delivery, every-time I call the carrier I get the run around and say someone will call be back by end of business and no one calls. They (Tuscany 3PL) don’t offer scheduling for the delivery though the text said they do. They cant even provide an estimated day and time window to plan the delivery. It is the worst experience ever with trying to obtain an expensive piece thats paid for. Granted I paid close to $300 for shipping charges and cant schedule the delivery with carrier. I’ve called ZGALLERIE customer service and been told their is nothing they can do, I have to take it up with the moving company. They will notate my account and that’s it. Really??!!! Poor customer service!

I just had the worst experience with their customer service. I intend to write about it on yelp and any other platform I can find! Yesterday I called their customer service because I was trying to place an order for two pillows the Natasha pillows in caramel to be exact and the website would not let me complete my order. When I called customer service and explained to them what was going on I also asked them what were the hours for the Gardena outlet in which they came back after 10 minutes of checking to tell me that their hours are 9 to 3 and that they had those pillows available there. So this morning I get up and drive 30-35 minutes over to the outlet just to find out that the outlet has been closed since June!!! When I called back today I talked to a person in escalations, Mariana because I feel like I should be getting a discount for Miss information and a waste of my time and gas. Their response was the pillows are already 20% off and there is nothing more that they can do well… I know the pillows are 20% off they were 20% off yesterday with free shipping over $79 that is not compensating me for my time that was spit going to a place that one of your employees told me was still open. I should’ve at least been offered a 15 $20 gift card or something. This is just terrible and I’m very upset at the quality of customer service your company is providing. I will never shop at your store or online with you again.

Having read all the negative reviews, i am left to wonder if anyone took the time to report these scoundrels to the respective consumer affairs division. My experience mirrors so many of what i have read, that i won't even bother to post it, but action i will take. The restocking fee of 25% and the transportation cost, are predatory to say the least. This company expect you to pay for their imbecilic attitude. NOT ME

I tried to buy a couch. The people working refused to even look at me and my friend (POC) I waited while they served people who had walked in tens of minutes after us. I said something about it very politely and was given very dirty looks and I was told to wait. When someone came over after a long time I said “I think I would like to buy this couch.” I wanted to buy it for about half an hour. The employee says to me “You want to buy it or you think you do?” In a very don’t waste my time voice and attitude. I asked how much it was and was told that they could not help me. And the employee ran off and said to wait for the manager. I have money I just wanted to know the price of what I was purchasing. I waited until they closed the store. This experience was heartbreaking. My friend and I had shopped at this store before. Sherman Oaks fashion square location.

Z Gallery’s holiday edition was very disappointing in that a flask advertised for purchase had a profanity written across it. What’s up with the editor, was he drunk to allow this?
