My granddog was having tummy issues and throwing up a lot and my vet recommended Zesty Paws senior probiotics and they really seem to help. When we lost him a couple of months ago I thought that I had canceled my subscription but apparently it didn't go through and I didn't realize this until they sent another shipment. I reached out to them letting them know and asking how I can return and get a refund. When the lady called me back I wasn't able to answer but she left me the kindest voicemail. Not only did she refund the full purchase amount but told me I didn't need to return the supplements, I could give them to a friend or donate them to a local rescue. When I got home from work there was a beautiful bouquet of sympathy flowers on my porch from them. This meant a lot. It told me they actually care rather than just trying to sell a supplement to make a buck. Thank you Zesty Paws 🐾

The reviews on here do reflect my experience. Ordered easily, delivered quickly. After months of trying vet prescribed medication for itching I tried these, they have been magic! Itching has significantly reduced to a normal amount of itch and scratch for a dog. Skin is no longer red. My dogs are no longer constantly annoyed by itching!

We use it for allergies and working not bad.

I called to return some calming cat chews that my cats didn't like and was told I could not return them and instead exchange them for a different item. The customer service woman was FANTASTIC and we had a great chat about preventative services and other things. I had to leave a nice review even though I didn't ask her name. I am a long time customer of Zesty Paws and all purchases were positive experiences - easy to shop on their website, quality products, and timely shipment. I have noticed their prices ticking up after Covid, so I will only buy when they offer good promotion codes. Aside from that, I would recommend them.
