ZeroWork has revolutionized how I handle repetitive tasks. I used to spend hours manually scraping data, but now I can automate the entire process with ZeroWork's intuitive interface. It's incredibly easy to create and manage tasks, and I'm blown away by how much time it's saved me. I can finally focus on the things that really matter for my business. If you're looking for a powerful and user-friendly automation tool, ZeroWork is a must-have.

Amazing piece of software. UI is very user-friendly and the program offers an immense assortment of useful tools and automation. I've seen million-dollar corporations with more buggy software, it's very smooth! The use case of this software is extremely vast which does result in a bit of a learning curve when it comes to slightly more complex actions, but the in-depth crash course videos offered by the founder make up for this and makes learning the program easy for anyone determined.

I purchased ZeroWork back in February 2023 through a lifetime deal, and I'm in constant awe of how much the software has grown in that time. The docs are clear and concise, along with full Youtube tutorials that break down the simple basics. I was very new to automation and the founder, Diana, was extremely helpful. There is also an active Discord with many community members who share their expertise. I must commend Diana and her team on the speed of the updates, and the rate they answer their support requests. I never had to send an email, because either Diana or one of the members in Discord helped me pretty much immediately. I requested a feature to be added on March 02, 2024, the latest update on March 14, 2024 included my request. Since then, there are have been 4 updates that included many community members' feature requests. 4 major updates in 3 months, you really have to give the team some credit. I'm writing this review after thoroughly testing the software. I have to admit, there is a learning curve. I haven't been able to use all of the features because I don't need them, honestly. Other similar software has subscription models priced at at least double the amount of ZeroWork and half the features and/or included automation tasks. Dollar for dollar, this thing is packed with a ton of value. Users must understand that while it is a no-code software, you still have to learn how to properly utilize and tweak the software for your specific needs.

My review is 4.25 and this is the best SM taskbot for social media engagement I've found and it's super good value for the price. Plus having a 7 day trial was really great

I had the unfortunate displeasure of using the ZEROWORK app, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The creator of the app, Diana, proved to be utterly unhelpful and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. My experience with their support team was nothing short of a disaster. First and foremost, ZEROWORK failed to collect data from my perfectly functioning CSS selector. Seeking assistance on the Discord group was a huge mistake. Instead of providing any meaningful support, I encountered a group of individuals who were arrogant, condescending, and lacked the basic understanding of customer service. Their response? "Just read the tutorials and watch the videos." How is that even remotely helpful? But it doesn't end there. Diana, who supposedly owns the ZEROWORK script, proved to be just as useless as her app. Despite my genuine need for help, she outright refused to assist me, claiming that others had already accomplished the same task and I should figure it out on my own. It's absurd to think that I should spend hours searching through tutorials when the problem lies with her app, not my knowledge or capabilities. In a last-ditch effort to salvage the situation, I even hired a programmer who spent three painstaking hours trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, their efforts were in vain, as the program continued to malfunction. What truly shocked me was Diana's unprofessional behavior when confronted with my frustration. She had the audacity to threaten me with expulsion from the Discord group (which she ended up doing on op of sending an extremely rude email threattening to withdraw my LTD. Which I think she will do after reading the reviews that she deserves), simply for expressing my legitimate concerns. It's clear that she has no understanding of customer support or how to handle dissatisfied users. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of competence and accountability displayed by Diana and her team. It is appalling that someone with such a poor understanding of user support and a complete disregard for resolving issues is in a position of authority within the app community. If you're considering using the ZEROWORK app, I highly recommend looking elsewhere (There's better alternatives such as AUTOMA, open source project on github, which is FREE but with many more options). Save yourself the frustration, humiliation, and wasted time. This app and its unhelpful support are a complete disappointment.
