Great concept but poor implementation
Great concept but poor implementation. The software works 99% of the time but every time it fails, it causes pain. Also the way they do business is quite wonky: once they've locked my company in, they forced me on a plan that was expensive and had no benefits for me. I also agreed with them on a chargeable bugfixing phase that ended in no bugs being fixed. Further negotiations resulted in them giving a big discount, but this whole issue leaves a bad taste.
