Lack of COA transparency and inconsistent support.
My experience with ZPE has been disappointing. I reached out to ZPE to request lab reports for all products I have purchased from them. ZPE informed me via email that they weren’t required to provide me with any lab testing. This statement contradicts Oregon hemp compliance standards. Due to ZPE’s contradicting statements made via email, I decided to contact the Oregon Department of Agriculture and submitted the email transcripts provided by ZPE, along with photos of the products, and original packaging. Additionally, ZPE had previously promised to refund me for shipping my order via USPS instead of UPS service I paid for. I did not receive this refund until I notified them that I was submitting a report to the ODA. Exactly 50 minutes after sending that, I received confirmation from my bank that ZPE issued the refund. All hemp products should have current, accessible lab testing. Although ZPE stated they were compiling the requested lab tests for me, I never received them. Based on my experience, their communications and actions were inconsistent, and I cannot recommend ordering from them.
