zero breeze should be called ZERO SERVICE. Bought a mark 2 and i told the sales person that i needed an intake adaptor. I was told to order it direct from zero breeze. It was listed on the shop so I purchased and paidn for it. Then i get an email saying that they dont have any in china, only in texas but they wont send it to me. WOW. what great service.

Stay away from zero breeze products. Used twice and both times it shut off as soon as the battery that came within went down 1 bar. Terrible customer service. Let me clarify. After fully charging when the battery drops 1 bar( not when it's at 1 bar) it shuts off.

Hi, we would like to clarify that when the battery drops to the last bar, the indicator will flash to warn you of a low battery and the need to recharge. The AC automatically shutting down at this point is a normal safety feature to protect the battery cells. To help us better understand your situation, could you please confirm: 1. Was the battery fully charged before you started and how long it run the Mark 3 AC ? 2. Which mode were you running? In high-power Rocket Mode (~500W power draw), a fully charged 1022Wh battery typically runs the AC for about 2 hours under ideal conditions. Depending on your actual ambient temperature and humidity, the runtime may vary slightly. We want to make sure your unit is performing normally. Please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can assist you directly.

Dear Claude, our hearts are completely broken for you and Erica. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced. The reason we previously offered a replacement was due to a lack of detailed communication—we were not fully aware of your heartbreaking situation, nor did we know that a refund was the solution that would truly help you. We are deeply sorry that this misunderstanding made us appear irresponsible or uncaring; that was never our intention. We have just sent you a personal email to listen to your needs and cooperate with you to resolve this issue. Please check your inbox. We are here for you.

Stay away this outfit is a scam. they ship you overpriced junk 2-3 months after purchase with promises of refund guarantee and no communication when trying to get your money back. Totally false advertising!
