Had a few small problems with duplicate accounts and double payments through Pay Simple but software is easy to learn and tracks members well.

The main downside is that it cannot handle multi-location and the support team is only based in the USA, so receiving phone support is pretty much non-existent if you live outside of the States. They need a European, Middle Eastern or Australian Support Office to provide support to users in different time zones.

Very easy to use, sometimes I get stuck but I call for help and I get a quick response by a friendly team member. One of the things I wish I could do is send attachments with the e-mails.

Overall this works well for my business. I would love the ability to prevent a person from buying the same offer more than once (ie. 3 for 1 special for 1st-time customers). Right now a person can buy that offer as many times as they want if it's on the membership site. If they are a first time customer or not, and unfortunately Zen Planner does not offer an option to prevent that from happening. But other than that it gets the job done.

Zen Planner is great! It is pretty in depth and has A LOT of features. Which also means it can be pretty complicated. However, their call support team is fantastic. So nice and very helpful, and I call once a week! The more I learn and get comfortable with ZP the more features I am able to use to serve my business better.

Customer service is great. The software itself is clunky and not very intuitive. Often hard to access during high peak class times. Limited staff app, though they have made many improvements in the last year.

Almost perfect. For a gym or box its perfect. For my business the app needs work. Shoukd be able to add notes in app imo

I have been with Zen Planner for over two years and have been very pleased with the functionality on the back end for reports, and for the member experience on the athlete side. Best of all I appreciate the price. As a small business, every little bit counts.
