Ramanna is an exceptional asset to the Zenoti team. He is reliable, trustworthy, beyond competent and exceptionally knowledgeable of the entire Zenoti suite. If he is unsure of something he is sure to come back to you in a timeous manner. I have worked with many people in my career but not with calibre of Ramanna. I appreciate everything he does for us as a company and for me. I couldn't possibly do my job without him. Thank you for everything you do for us Ramanna!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Zenoti, largely thanks to the outstanding support from Ramanna. He is always willing to help, no matter the time even at 4 AM, he responds promptly and goes above and beyond to assist. His dedication, reliability, and positive attitude truly make a difference. It’s rare to find such consistent and dependable support, and it really enhances the overall experience with Zenoti.

Ram has given me excellent customer support when ever I have any issue, he is direct and friendly with his approach, gets the issue sorted immediately, keeps me updated with any changes. He is the only support I go to and trust. Zenoti should be very happy to have him part of their business, give this man a raise!!!
