Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Zenoti. We regret to hear of the miscommunication and lack of transparency you experienced during implementation. We understand the extensive implementation and training processes were not adequately communicated to you, leading to frustration. Our goal is to make the transition to Zenoti as smooth as possible, and it’s clear this was not your experience. We acknowledge our training should be tailored to the needs of users who are already familiar with scheduling systems. We’re working to improve our training materials to make them more accessible and relevant, and ensure they provide clear and actionable instructions for using Zenoti software. We apologize for the confusion around our contract terms and billing process. We strive for transparency, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. We understand you chose to cancel Zenoti in May and were still billed for June, due to miscommunication. Your contract has since been terminated, and you have not received any further charges. We take your feedback seriously and are actively working to improve our processes and ensure a better experience for our customers.
