Zenoti continually changes the live interface without testing, leading to broken features. When you try to get them to fix it, they gaslight to say that is how it is supposed to work, ignoring the fact that it was working fine previously. Expensive and not reliable

If you are a medical practice, please take my advice and AVOID ZENOTI AT ALL COSTS My initial review was removed. I can assure you I am a paying customer and have now been using this system for over six months. We were sold a lie. The sales team promised an unbelievably advanced CRM system, powered by artificial intelligence which would improve our notekeeping, bookings service and marketing. This has led to six months of non-stop work by my operations and my marketing manager. After all this time and financial outlay, we are left with a system which is quite simply, not even as good as the sub optimal system we moved from previously. In fact, we are still paying for the old system as the medical notes on Zenotti are so poorly designed. The Customer Service team are very pleasant, but this system is, in my opinion and experience, simply *not fit for purpose* if you run a medical clinic. It is probably fine for a simple booking system but do not believe what you are told on the slick sales call. I am sure that the company will once again try and have this review removed. I will simply repost this again and I will make it my mission, to prevent any of my medical colleagues in the UK from making the same mistake I have.

Customer service is terrible. Constantly harassing for money when I’ve emailed them 6 times to say I’ve paid. The harassment you get every single month for payment is crazy. They bombard you even when you’ve paid. Customer services is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. We are paying for a system we still can’t use because all the things that was outlined in our first call was promised it would be done and now they say “ they can’t do it” it costs a fortune and takes months to get it right.

Interviewer was horrible, he said to expect at least 12 hrs work everyday and weekend working. This is still fine what he did is really horrible and I'm not sure how an interviewer can do this. Right after the interview he contacted my current company senior manager and told him that I interviewed at their company. I just got confronted by my current company senior manager. This interviewer's name is Hari Krishna Malladi. Beware, he might be doing this to all interviewees. It is ethically wrong. Imagine the impact it has on my current role because of him. I did not expect a senior person to behave so unethically.

terrible customer service, if you have an issue and you contact them through their chat on their website, it takes them an hour to respond for every message you send them. the agent replies to your message then goes away for another another and then reply to your follow up message.

Zenoti is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is non-existent—you can’t even call them! Instead, you're forced into an endless back-and-forth via email, hoping someone will actually resolve your issue. If they can fix it, great. If not? Too bad for you. They sell you on features that sound great, but once you’re locked in, the excuses start rolling in. Their training videos are outdated, and there’s no proper one-on-one support. If you ask how to do something, they’ll just send you an old article and expect you to figure it out yourself. It’s a complete scam from A to Z. Avoid at all costs unless you want frustration, wasted time, and empty promises!

The salary is still not released. You are harassing someone mentally and financially from last 3 months. Did he do any Fraud with your company??????? Did he not work as expected????? Such a pathetic company and humans you people are. Absolutely nonsense
