Oversold and under delivered. I was incredibly disappointed with the "robust" system. If robust is another analogy for dated, burdensome and cumbersome. The system has so many features that it makes it incredibly difficult to navigate. Terrible customer service, as they do not have phone support, only a AI bot and chat feature which is slow to respond. Unless you operate a multimillion dollar business with extreme need I suggest you look elsewhere. I just switched to Boulevard and am much happier.

I think all of the positive reviews are from working with the Zenoti UK team. We were being onboarded by the India team and they were completely disjointed and didn’t communicate properly with us at all. We decided to stop our transition over to Zenoti as they kept delaying our go live date every week. Nothing was ready and their team was so slow with responding that we cancelled in the end. If you’re working with their team outside of India then maybe they’re fine but the Indian team is terrible. We’re based in the UAE hence why our onboarding team was based in India.

Unfortunate experience. Onboarding was delayed for a few weeks as someone was on holiday, but once you sign the contract you start paying from day 1! Onboarding team were helpful and prompt in responding to enquiries and getting things set up initially. Took around 4 weeks to which the onboarding team felt it was time to go live, I had my apprehensions as the data from the previous booking system wasn't ready, but they suggested its better to go live and fix once live, that they are also onboarding other customers and this may delay me further. Well - going live caused many issues for my customers, as pre-requisite data was incorrect. Many emails from customers unable to book etc. Due to this had to pay to keep my other booking system in the process. Whilst I could forgo the time it takes to manually add my previous data, especially if there are format issues, the booking page (webstore) and marketing platform weren't working! unacceptable leading into the busiest time of the year. at this point, we're at least 2 months live with not a week without a new issue. to circumvent marketing issues, tried to link zenoti with my current email system - i'd requested api integration, to this day haven't received it. so currently i have two booking systems and three marketing systems. Zenoti is supposed to be leader, sold as a replacement for all the different softwares and platforms im using as an all in one solution and unfortunately glitch after glitch problem after problem i had high hopes but it has been unable to deliver. It costs 10x most booking systems used in the industry and doesnt live up to the sales pitch at all. Implementation team decided they would not provide any assistance unless I was willing to pay for the inconvenience. would you? As a last ditch I called the sales rep to raise these issues, was told she would get in touch to schedule a meeting and i have not heard a thing since. Started this process in August and it has such a disappointment.

Zenoti is outdated. They have terrible customer service. Its 2025. There are much better systems out there.

Zenoti has been one of the most frustrating business decisions I’ve ever made. Their support is practically non-existent—slow, unhelpful, and lacking any compassion. I’ve been overcharged multiple times, and when I bring it up, the response is always the same: “We’ll make sure the system is running efficiently.” Nothing changes. The software itself is not user-friendly. It’s clunky, confusing, and adds more work instead of saving time. For a platform that claims to streamline operations, it does the opposite. What makes it worse is the attitude from their representatives. They lack empathy, make empty promises, and never follow through. When you’re paying premium prices, the least you expect is proper service and accountability. Zenoti is overpriced, inefficient, and unreliable. I would strongly caution any business from signing up—you’ll end up with headaches, wasted time, and higher bills than you agreed to.

I hate that I even have to make this review. For reference I have a wellness business that has been open for 7.5 years. I have previously been with Booker/MindBody and had been looking to switch for about 2 years because of lack of growth/features, reporting functions and stability with the system. I did several demos with Zenoti and actually didn’t switch because I was waiting for their AI capabilities to get better. Once they improved these capabilities, I did another handful of demos and talked to other customers before finally deciding to migrate. I was so confident after my demos and a couple years of research that I even asked to sign a multi year contract to lock in our price. I was very excited. Turns out, this has been the worst decision I have ever made for my business. From the get go, I realized this was not going to go the way I had planned. I know every scheduling migration is not going to be smooth but this was another level. Every step of the way, from demo to implementation to actual go live, I explained my business and how we work over and over. It was very clear and continues to be clear that no one is actually listening to what I am saying. I have dealt with feature after feature not actually delivering and even being promised that a feature existed when doing the demo and it turning out that it actually didn’t. The Zenoti team went ahead and created this feature and I thought it was just delayed but it turns out they told me they created it specifically for me. You would think this would be amazing but it turns out that by turning this feature on, it disabled my customers from booking back to back appointments. Again, Zenoti didn’t listen to how my business worked because about 85 to 90 percent of my customers book back to back appointments. I started my migration in October and went live in February mainly because we had to go back and do a TON of work to make the system usable for my go live date. This feature was put in place a couple months ago and it is still not fixed. My business is still suffering. We continue to have issues that could have been taken care of in our initial demos or initial implementation if anyone had actually taken the time to listen to what I was saying and know my business even an ounce. The system is incredibly confusing and not straight forward at all so support is highly needed. There is a support chat and support e-mail but no phone number. This is on me that I did not realize this before we migrated but it is incredibly incredibly difficult to get the help you need if something is seriously wrong. This review only touches the high level main issue but we have many other problems with the system. I am incredibly disappointed and don’t want another business to go through the same thing. I am desperately hoping things will turn around and I can edit this review.

Extremely Frustrated that I have just been charged for a 5th monthly installment of the Zenoti system (for 2 companies), and yet the system is not yet live! Data upload has had errors multiple times. Communication is slow. Sometimes the team doesn’t respond for a few days. If you are considering purchasing Zenoti for your business, I recommend that you be prepared to pay up front from the day you sign the agreement. It doesn’t matter how long it takes for the system to be ready. Zenoti will charge you regardless of whether or not the system is live. This is the 4th POS system I have purchased over the years. I have never had such a horrible experience. All other providers only started monthly billing from the date the system went live. I TOTALLY regret embarking on this project.

Grace Reed Key Accounts Manager You must be retarded to keep emailing. This isnt a problem with unsubscribing since I never subscribed in the first place. This is problem with unscrupulous companies like Zenoti buying lists of emails and then spamming everyone.
