Firstly, I would not have found Zenoti as useful as I do without the incredible help of our Customer Support Specialist Bernice. What I have appreciated about the process is that she has met me where I am (a clinic owner who also works within the business) and enabled me to create a software that really works for our business, in the way we want it to work for our clients and practitioners. Zenoti has so many different features that it can seem overwhelming and make your head spin, therefore having someone dedicated to supporting your business and you is a huge advantage. Any issues I have raised have been discussed and implemented as soon as the team could do it, and the software has come a long way in terms of useability and updates since we began a few years ago. It has everything in one place, including the customer mobile app, which we are excited to share with our customers, as well as great analysis of clinic performance. Thank you for your help this year Zenoti, here is to a prosperous 2026... for both of us.

I had a great experience during the transition over to the Zenoti system. We were nervous and hesitant to switch over as we have over 11,000 patients in our system. It was as smooth as a massive transition can be. Ijaz was great in helping with the implementation process and then Shashwat was amazing during the Hypercare process. We do not regret making the switch.
