If I could give zero stars I would the biggest bait and switch ever. Ripp off artist to the core. They are not movers; they will keep your deposit when you refuse the ridilulous price they give on move day.

Scam alert!!!!
I read the reviews on Verified Movers and now know they are all fake. The zenith moving group doesn't care about anything you have to say. They take about half the money they quoted you for themselves and then send you to one of 3 carriers. Express Movers services are the ones they sent to my house. They put everything in the truck then demanded that my senior citizen, veteran sister who just had a mini stroke give them $900.00 extra dollars and sign some papers. She did so under duress but was confused. After she called me when they had gone I called zenith and spoke to Amy who said it's out of her hands now but you must pay or they will keep your belongings in a storage unit as hostage. I canceled the move and now am working with numerous agencies to stop the extortion. I am writing this to help anyone I can. What a shame!!

Bait and switch
Bait and switch - quoted 10k after walk through which my husband spent more than 1 hour on the phone, took 4k deposit. We drove one VW Atlas fully packed up to our new home, then when we did the final walkthrough with LESS stuff they required 6k more to move. Deposit being held hostage. 7 complaints already filed with the DOT safety, do your research. Save yourself, Shame on you Zenith. I will file in small claims court if you contest our cc chargeback. Google my name, I never file in court unless I am on the right side of the case.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred.
At the time of your reservation in early April, you explained that you were still determining which furniture items would be moving, as your home was in the process of being sold. The initial estimate was based primarily on boxes and the information available at that time.
As part of our standard process, our Quality Assurance team contacts customers 5–7 days before the move, with a final review 3–5 days prior, to update inventory and ensure the estimate reflects what is actually being transported. During those updates, while the box count decreased, a substantial number of furniture items were added to the shipment, significantly increasing the total volume and space required.
The revised pricing reflected the updated inventory and additional space needed for the move, not a bait-and-switch. We understand moving can be stressful, and we regret any frustration this situation caused.

Zenith Moving Group
Zenith Moving Group, although giving me a good initial price, led to the worst moving experience ever. They contracted my move out to a 1 star moving company that was unclear/strict about pickup, added on extra charges, was TWO WEEKS LATE on delivery with almost no communication, and tried to charge me an additional $700 because they sent a truck that was too big for a residential neighborhood. This was a horrible experience that started with Zenith.

SCAM, FRAUD, BEWARE
Don’t make the same mistake I did!! I left the review below with the BBB.
I am filing a complaint against Zenith Moving Company for what I believe to be deceptive and unethical business practices.
I initially contacted Zenith Moving Company for a quote regarding my upcoming move. They agreed to match a quote I had received from another moving company, despite never conducting a walkthrough or inventory assessment of my belongings. Based on their quoted price and assurances, I booked my move with them.
The representative provided me with a personal phone number and specifically instructed me to call if I had any questions. However, after booking, I attempted to contact this representative multiple times over several weeks and every call went directly to voicemail. My messages were never returned.
After being unable to reach anyone, I searched for the company's main phone number online and reached what appeared to be a brokerage or customer service company. I was told someone would call me back regarding my move.
Conveniently, I did not receive a return call until only four days before my scheduled move date. During this call, I was informed that they needed to "finalize" my move details. At that time, the price suddenly increased to nearly three times the amount I was originally quoted and approximately double the amount of the competing company's quote that had actually been based on a walkthrough and proper assessment.
This last-minute price increase left me with almost no time to secure alternative moving services. It appears that the original quote was used as a tactic to secure my business, only for the company to drastically increase the price immediately before the move when I had limited options available.
I believe this conduct is deceptive, misleading, and potentially fraudulent. Consumers should be able to rely on the quotes they are provided, especially when companies intentionally delay communication until days before a scheduled move.
I am requesting that Zenith Moving Company be held accountable for these business practices and that this complaint be added to their BBB record so that other consumers can make informed decisions before booking with this company.

The biggest scam company EVER
The biggest scam company EVER. They will come in and up charge you for any little thing they can, even if your list matches perfectly to what you actually have. I had 10 less items than was listed in my quote, and not a single bulky item. Everything was accurately accounted for when I was given my quote. They tried to charge me $600 EXTRA, claiming my L shaped couch and 48” desk with no drawer were “bulky” and were 150 cubic feet larger than they accounted for. Actually insane, the mover added this cost to the contract AFTER I signed it. Also the mover delivering my items insisted I sign the contract saying all my items were delivered in good condition BEFORE A SINGLE ITEM WAS MOVED OUT OF THE TRUCK. Never ever ever move with them. Insanity. I was not contacted a single time regarding timelines of the move, and I had to personally reach out and sit on hold in order to get any update at all. The service I was promised was completely misleading and not even remotely close to the way the business actually operates.

They lie and mislead. Charged double the quote.
Using Zenith Moving group has been THE WORST and MOST STRESSFUL part of the entire moving process.
The sales guy Mike who gave me my initial quote and went through the contract with me did not explain anything about the process to me. When the movers arrived they had a long list of items they will not take. Now I am scrambling to find these items among my boxes and am forced to pay for a separate uhaul and transport these items myself. Voiding the entire purpose of getting movers!!!!! If I was made aware that these items are not allowed I would not have hired movers.
Secondly, the initial quote was $1900. Once the movers arrived I learned ALL ITEMS must be boxed up. It makes sense, but once again Mike the sales guy never told me this. So we got charged a ridiculous amount for one large box to be packed. We also got charged for them to wrap our furniture in blankets. IF I KNEW I WOULD HAVE WRAPPED THEM MYSELF and avoided the fee.
Our quote quickly turned into $2700.
Next, AFTER our stuff was loaded the guy asked us if our property will be accessible to an 18 wheeler. Our property is not. Great, another additional fee. Now our new price is $3300. Almost double what we got quoted originally.
Furthermore they never explained to us that the moving truck does not arrive on a set date but rather any day 10 business days after you said you wanted it delivered. If I knew that from the beginning I would have told the sales guy Mike that that does not fit my schedule since I will be out of town and not used movers. No one told me this until I called and asked where my stuff is.
While dealing with this company I have felt misled and lied to. They grossly misrepresent the service they provide and go out of their way to create sneaky ways to add extra charges. It is a disgraceful way of doing business. Zenith Group I hope you see this review, if not on Yelp then on another platform because I will be posting it any and every place I can.

We had the worst experience moving from…
We had the worst experience moving from this company, with moving offer from UT to KS for a very low cost. Than they send the subcontractor come over and rise the price for the moving cost from 4,500$ to way way up. we end up paying 10,500$. How could that happen?!? Well try it for yourself. I would stay away from small friendly companies like this and stick to the Professional. Last but not lest the subcontractor try to use the Squeeze technique Demanding escalating fees, under threat of leaving with property.
Response from ZenithmovinggroupJun 8, 2026
Mr. Krit,
First and foremost, we are truly sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your moving experience. We understand how stressful and overwhelming a long-distance move can be, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and concern this situation caused you.
After carefully reviewing your file, we would like to provide some additional context regarding the pricing changes you experienced.
Your initial estimate was based on the inventory provided at the time of booking, which consisted of 10 items and 63 pieces. To help prevent unexpected costs, we conducted a Quality Assurance call several days before your move. During that call, the inventory was reviewed and updated to 12 items and 75 pieces. The purpose of this call is specifically to ensure the inventory is as accurate and up to date as possible prior to pickup, allowing us to provide the most accurate estimate available.
Following pickup, the inventory documented by the moving crew reflected a total of 16 items and 93 pieces. According to the inventory records provided, there were approximately 18 additional pieces present at the residence that were not included in the inventory reviewed during the Quality Assurance process. These were not small miscellaneous items, but larger pieces that significantly impacted the overall volume and space required for transportation.
We completely understand that any increase in cost can be upsetting, and we are genuinely sorry that the final charges were higher than you anticipated. However, the revised pricing was the result of the additional inventory transported rather than an arbitrary increase in cost. Our Quality Assurance process exists specifically to minimize these situations, and we apologize that the inventory ultimately differed from what had been reported to us prior to pickup.
We also take concerns regarding interactions with moving crews very seriously. If you believe any member of the moving team acted unprofessionally, we encourage you to contact our customer service department directly so that we can review the matter further.
