SCAMMERS! They're a broker and they lie, lie, lie! My initial quote, from Sydney Arnold was $3,991. My final cost was$7,787.96. When there are this many people telling you the same thing, believe them! Don't become a victim! Research them, they've burned many people. And look up the owner (Anthony Tursi) arrest record. This company and all the scammers in crawl on their belly! May karma be good to them!

Timeline of Events:Approximately one month ago, I booked a move with Zenith Moving Group LLC for a 1-bedroom apartment. During the initial booking, I was informed that the quote covered space equivalent to 511 Cu ft @5.25 per cu ft total of approximately 40 boxes. I have roughly 15 boxes plus some items that do not fit in standard boxes.I was told a “quality assurance” call would follow later to finalize details. On that call, I provided an updated list of items (still within my 40 ~ boxes worth of goods). Despite this, the representative stated that I now had “more items” than at the time of booking and demanded an additional $2581.36.When I questioned how this was possible—given that I booked for a 1-bedroom move with quoted capacity for 40 boxes—the representative became aggressive and dismissive. He stated words to the effect of: “Everyone and I mean everyone knows that if you add an item to your cart you have to pay more, so no need for explanation.” I believe they deliberately schedule the quality assurance call after the standard cancellation window has closed, which locks customers into the contract before they can review final details or cancel without penalty. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY USE THIS METHOD TO TRICK YOU AND THEY WILL KEEP THE DEPOSIT. THEY ARE TRASH! AND I WILL BE SUING THEM FOR ALL THE PAIN THEY CAUSED.

Contracted with this broker to handle and schedule move from Missouri to Florida. Will NEVER do it again and don't recommend using this company. Do your research first before using any broker. During first call, walked through estimate of household goods from visual memory and their QA provided the first estimate. They send a bunch of documents to read and you have to provide a down payment to them which is their "binding fee". You only have 3 days to cancel from that point if you want your deposit back. Given that this is very early in the process, it is impossible to get that money back later, so you are essentially locked in. Once we got the formal list or household goods, the estimate more than doubled, including their binding fee which was about 120% higher. Had to pay that over the phone and now the broker has been fully paid their fees and nothing has moved yet. At that point, they book the delivery company...they told me that the van lines chosen for our move was one of the "best" and that is why the price per cubic feet was $3.75 per cu/ft. The pick-up of the household goods went fine and the crew was very good. Had to pay for half of the rest of the balance due by Postal Money Orders when the truck was loaded. Unfortunately, the broker QA was supposed to lock in the First Available Delivery Date (FADD) prior to that date on the phone and did not, so when the driver asked what date we wanted it delivered (for his paperwork), we gave him a date 6 days later. Please read the broker paperwork carefully as this is where they get you! That date was the first date that the "shipping process" begins at the van lines. The paperwork states that they have to 30 business days to deliver, but that is typically based on truck availability and distance which is listed on the next page of the contract. So, the broker QA told me it should be 2-12 business days from the FADD, but normally is quicker. That is false! We are now almost 3 weeks from the FADD and the van lines can't even tell us when the load will be scheduled to leave their warehouse in Illinois. "It is BUSY Season, they keep saying". I told them that my move is part of this season and needs to be scheduled, but to no avail. The load was picked up on 30 June and it could be as late as 14 August before they are delivered. So, we continue to wait. Schedule with reputable movers and never use a Broker!!!

I am writing to formally address several serious issues regarding my recent experience with this company. Over the past few months, I have reached out to their team numerous times. During our negotiations, the price of my shipment was reduced. However, upon reviewing the final written quote, I discovered that the volume and weight of my items had been dramatically decreased. They then requoted me the original amount. This change was made without my knowledge or consent, which I find highly deceptive. Furthermore, I repeatedly informed my representative that I required my items to be delivered on a specific date. Despite receiving multiple assurances that this timeline would be met, I have now been informed that my shipment will not arrive on time. Due to these deceptive practices and the failure to meet the agreed-upon delivery date, I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Do not use this company!!!

Do not hire this company for your move. I booked my move through this broker based on the quoted total of $2425 and paid $1100. Before booking, I provided a detailed inventory of everything I was shipping, including measurements of each of those items. I was assured that my belongings would only take up a certain amount of truck space and that the quoted price was accurate. On moving day, the carrier arrived hours later than the scheduled window. I called complain and to get a better understanding on why the carrier was going to be hours late but was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism over the phone. After my belongings were being loaded onto the truck, I was told that I had been “underquoted” by this broker and that I owed an additional $1500. However, my shipment occupied less cubic footage than was originally quoted making the significant price increase difficult to understand. By that point, I had already paid my non-refundable deposit through this broker and my belongings were on the truck, leaving me feeling that I had no reasonable choice but to accept the higher price. Through my own research, I found out that this broker had booked my book with a moving company with some of the worst reviews I have seen. When I contacted the broker to file a complain and request assistance, I was met with an unprofessional response rather than support. I relied on their quote and expertise when booking, and my experience left me feeling that the pricing and communication were not transparent. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this broker to do extensive research and obtain every promise and estimate in writing before booking.

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. Hire someone local. They are scam artists who are incapable of providing a somewhat accurate quote. Actual cube footage of moved good was about almost double the estimated amount. I was incredibly thorough with both inventories, but the calculations they use to estimate space clearly need to be updated. Moving crew was great, it wasn’t their fault, but gross negligence by Zenith. USE SOMEONE LOCAL. DO NOT TRY TO SAVE $500 USING A BROKER. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! Customer service was DOG SHIT, lady clearly has this happen often and talks to you like you’re the idiot.

If i could give out a no star, i would. Quoted one amount and the vendor information. Day of QA review, price doubled. I advised that per my contract, it was this amount. Also confirmed 3rd party information so I could do a cashier check. Day of pick up, wanted to charge extra fees and 3rd party vendor was incorrect. Called the broker and was told, not their problem to call the 3rd party. 3rd party said to call the broker.

They will lie to you and tell you when your furniture will be picked up and delivered, but it is not true. They are just brokering a move, but the actual movers will determine when they will pick up and then have up to 21 days to deliver your items. Mike lied to me and told me they would pick up and deliver on a certain date and time just to make a sale, which was not true. Now my son has nowhere to sleep because his furniture won't be at his apartment for weeks. Do not trust these people. Also, when you call them to resolve the situation, they will not answer. Terrible service!!
