I am extremely happy with the customer service team. I had a few mishaps with my order, but the team was incredibly responsive and quick to answer all of my emails. The phone support team was also very professional, pleasant, and genuinely willing to help. It’s reassuring to know that if an issue comes up with an order, it will be handled quickly and efficiently by a reputable company. That level of customer service really makes a difference. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

Such a great purchase and customer service is even super good. I bought a chandlier year ago and somehow while changing the location of the chandlier some part stopped working and guess what they sent me the new part immediately with no additional cost as a courtesy to my previous order. It's such a relief though I simply asked to send me the information from where I can purchase the part. They sent me the new one. Highly Highly Highly recommended.

I ordered a light with request for special and longer cord length. Zenduce customer service was so helpful. They sent me a couple of different color choices. The cost was really reasonable. After completion, my client decided to change the color again. They were helpful and cost was reasonable. It’s hard to find good customer service any more. Zenduce customer was excellent!!!

I absolutely love the Arcus chandelier! It looks even better installed than I expected and completely changed the feel of my dining room. The design is modern and minimal without being boring, and the warm light creates a really nice atmosphere over the table. I had a few questions after installation about the brightness and specifications. Zenduce customer service actually took the time to check with their team and follow up with me instead of just sending a generic response, which I appreciated. The chandelier is beautiful, the scale is perfect for my space, and I honestly keep walking into the dining room just to look at it. Very happy with my purchase.

The fixtures I purchased were beautiful. They were as pictured.. the pricing was not cheap but was affordable. Certainly a step up from running to The neighborhood home hardware stores and getting a cookie cutter light fixture….functional but blah. Delivery time was long as compared to Amazon, but it was delivered on time per the original order info. My installer did not have any problems with installation.

It was hassle free we picked the two chandelier they arrived on time. The chandelier were just like there picture. We where happy with the quality.

I appreciate the departure from the "everything looks the same" and "oh, another candelabra..." offerings at other retailers. I found inspired products that will work in our modern but cozy home. Whether the light is the standout item in the room or not, there are great options here.
