I ordered my light online and did talk with a customer service rep to ask a few questions about our specifications for this light …. I ordered it for my wine room and it looks fabulous! It’s my main focus in the room and I needed it to camouflage the cooling system !

Ordered 2 12 light Sycamore fixture for a client. They are very pleased! they look great. They also have "Bulbs" as opposed to integral chips which mean if they burn out you can replace them as opposed to replacing the entire chandelier.

Absolutely love the Lava lights. Make my dining room bright and modern.

Great customer service!! I ordered a lamp with about 45 tiny lights however I had 1 faulty bulb. I emailed customer service who responded immediately and sent a couple new bulbs by priority mail. Unfortunately, they were the wrong bulbs, I emailed them again and they mailed me the correct ones! Customer Service went above and beyond to resolve the issue! And my lighting fixture is beautiful!!
