A new fan of their offering - Products are reasonably priced for the quality standards, wide sizes and customization options. I had some issues during installation but the team provided prompt post-purchase technical help & addressed all queries almost immediately. My initial impressions are good so far and I really hope their products are durable.

Everything was good from start to finish. The customer service is prompt and helpful. We had few issues during installation but all solved within the same day when we contacted them. The products look decent quality. Thanks to Richard from Customer Service for staying on top of things and helping us out. I have my eyes on few other lights already and will buy again.

Ordered two chandeliers and received them in a good condition and within the promised date. I liked their prompt customer service. Packaging was too good but had a lot of plastic.
