Scam Site, stay away

Scam. Stay away from them. Billed me without my consent and never responded to my ticket.

Very very very bad, worst and most unreasonable and unreliable customer service or whatever they are called.They are fraudsters.They debit ur account and no news from them for months and when you write or call no response. Please stay clear from them they are thieves.

They took a large payment from us without any kind of notification, and now have ignored us for 3 months as we requested a refund as we don't use them anymore. Outrageous.

Worst Customer Service, API Docs and implementation I have ever encountered during my career as a developer. I had to build everything from scratch, since they are not working with React Native, and doesn't care about implementing it on the future. Even then, the iOS SDK simply doesn't work and there is no explanation for why the app crashes. I hope I never have to work with them again.

Una fregatura! Ho acquistato una levigatrice e mi hanno spedito solo la carta vetro, inutilizzabile in quanto le misure sono piccolissime! Sostengono che hanno spedito, dando un tracking number che ovviamente corrisponde alla piccola busta e non al macchinario! MI HANNO FREGATO I SOLDI!

Worst Customer Service Outside India So long story short, a fulfillment site I used has Zendesk as their support. After a year of problem-free buying, support team (Zendesk) is just barraging me with e-mails asking for pictures of my ID, my credit card, bank statements, along with other sensitive information. I also hear from others that they like to farm your data. If you see any site affiliated with these guys, do yourself a favor and stay far away to prevent identity or card theft and fraud.
